The Vigyan Bhairava Tantra is a treatise on consciousness. A scripture dating back thousands of years that offers a conversation between Shiva in his Bhairava form and the Devi, the goddess Bhairavi as his consort.
The All powerful body of the Universe, Shiva is asked a series of questions by his manifesting energy, the Goddess Bhairavi, his
quintessential Shakti.
In part one, we covered the questions posed by the Devi, asking of the very essence of matter. She put forth all the contradictions of
traditional scriptures & knowledge bases and and inquires of the relevance of their discipline.
Shakti asks her partner energy Shiva to clear her mind of doubts. To separate the difference between knowing and understanding.
And to her various questions, each more fine-tuned than the last, the Supreme Shiva provides her with response. 112 techniques to enter
consciousness, and bridge the human condition into awareness.
The composite form stands for Sakala, the perceivable form and
function. And its wheel of lifetimes as the soul, in observation of sense & sensation.
Shiva begins by applauding her question. And then he goes on to tell her that all reality is based on thought constructs. And that as an
aspect, all knowledge is merely a prop for heightened awareness.
The Composite of Vigyan Bhairava Tantra
Shiva expresses to the Devi that even the various disciplines and paths of tradition merely arrive an aspirant to the door, of higher
consciousness.
And to that effect, the means of understanding Shiva is Shakti.
The transcendent, on the other hand, known as Niskala, is what is beyond.
The goddess in the scripture asks the various what, how’s and why’s to experience this state, and implores the God Shiva to make clear his
transcendent self.
This treatise, or the following techniques are like the face of Shakti,
the mukhya or the door to Shiva, with the inner self the abode of Shiva in all.
Shiva’s introduction to the Devi begins with all that he is naught, (while still providing hints of various traditions).
And thereafter informs the Devi of still two pre-conditions, or pre- dispositions to finding him.
These represent the foundations of Tantra whilst entering the practice.
By many, the Vigyan Bhairava Tantra is considered among the
paramount practices of occult traditions as well as devotional practice.
What is described by Bhairava is the supreme transcendental state that is the pinnacle of living experience.
Often, it is described as reaching liberation or moksha, while still alive.

Thanks alot... 112 main chakras within the body... The other 2 are outside the body just above the crown 6 finger spacing away from the body
There are actually far more chacras, inside and outside the bodhi-mind. Aldo this is true and a nice success, any jogin knows od body of pleasure, but when you open-reform them all, than you will have a body of councesness.

But to enter sushumna The end of the observer and the observed should happen..how to end it is the real thing ...J krishnmurti says with Order this end can take place...okay..
And the reason why i said so what was my reply to the 112 chakra thing that what does it matter that how many chakras or other bullshit, i dont thing one has to worry about chakra and all...anything else you want yo say buddy?

there I found two major techniques in CHAPTER 41 and some small techniques in description.
1. AT THE START OF SNEEZING, DURING FRIGHT, IN ANXIETY, ABOVE A CHASM, FLYING IN BATTLE, IN EXTREME CURIOSITY, AT THE BEGINNING OF HUNGER, AT THE END OF HUNGER, BE UNINTERRUPTEDLY AWARE.
2. THE PURITY OF OTHER TEACHINGS IS AN IMPURITY TO US. IN REALITY,
KNOW NOTHING AS PURE OR IMPURE.
I think what I want will be in some chapter which deals "eye related techniques".

You cannot raise your Kundalini, but you can create the conditions so that your Kundalini will rise. Meditation is one method of preparation but there are many others like what OSHO talks about the 112 in his Book of Secrets.
Osho was the 20 Century Budha. But Anti Spiritual lobby hit him, not let get that stage he deserves as Alive. But now he is most enlightenment person in Millenium.

He was smart, but not truly enlightened. As people mentioned in the above comment and many more are the true saints. I would add Neem Karoli Baba, Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Aghori Vimalanandaji, and many more. Real saints or Buddha's don't care about any of the crap Osho talks about.
