Gabaldon Heritage School Building Series_01, Negros Occidental High School

Negros Occidental High School, originally known as Instituto Rizal, is the first public secondary school in Bacolod City, it was established in July 1902. The school was founded by Governor Melencio Severino and a Thomasian named George W. Bettie. Its Gabaldon building was built in the year 1931.
