Looked like 3 generations working together to rebuild this armature they even had a 'growler to test it. Realy enjoyed this session, very Labour intensive, repairs like this in the western world don't happen much any more due to the Labour costs. But when you have nothing and there is a demand these people have a job for life.
This American electrician approves. That's real skill right there. I've tried to repair damaged windings to a motor before, but had no luck so we decided to disassemble the motor to find out which winding bundle failed. The disassembly process was brutal. We were surprised a Baldor 3-phase motor proved to be more unreliable then the Chinese motor we replaced it with, which has been working a lot longer. China may not be able to make good VFD's, unlike Japan and America, but their motors are really decent. I still cannot believe those guys refurbished that rotor from a motor at a street shop that's just downright impressive.

My respect for this people
Wow So Much Skill Making Magic With Little Tool or Resources I Love it and This Channel Thankyou We Appreciate You!!!!!
What was wrong with it in the first place besides oxidized?
Impressive amount of work for one motor, I feel for the boys, yet at least it is something to be truly proud of.
A new motor has much more work put into.
Melting the steel alone is more work then the whole process we seen happening here.
Cheers bro

These videos are from Pakistan. I am sure India also have talented people. But, these people are Pakistanis.
I once had a mechanics manual (now buried in the sands of time) from the very early 1900s, and this is how it was done. Minus the epoxy of course. These men have job security for life.
And make what? $5.00 a day if lucky

This is true recycling if it can be made it also can be repaired. Very skilful people that still know on how to . Congratulations to you all hard working people. ❤
Nice job, for 19 century.
Looked like 3 generations working together to rebuild this armature they even had a 'growler to test it. Realy enjoyed this session, very Labour intensive, repairs like this in the western world don't happen much any more due to the Labour costs. But when you have nothing and there is a demand these people have a job for life.
While in America a kid his age is playing an online video game for hours. The world is definitely unjust. Only respect for all these folks. ❤

They seem to enjoy their work. Seems peaceful. Excellent.
Aqui Brasil parabenizar pelo serviço de qualidade
great to watch these craftsmen do their trade...two thumbs up!
Professional and clean work 🙌
This American electrician approves.
Forget about America and Japan, the world is moving ahead
Es un motor de arranque de 12 voltios.
Man, kiddo hung with it. He didn’t get to the hammering part until he was old and gray, w glasses, but he hung with it. Perseverance!

Amazing. I see they must test throughout the process to insure no short. If found it's start all over again. Great job & my respect for their skill & hard work! Thank you for sharing.
Love it and I wish I could do that 😍

Fascinating the different levels of how we get things done, or not.
Wow, what’s amazing skills, and hardworking men.
Paciência, conhecimento e habilidade repassado de geração à geração.
Yep, at least 500 years.
Thanks to us planet scrappers, now the industries can offer rebuilt parts. Go scrappers We love ya
this kid is really smart,, even though he is still young but has extraordinary skills...

🎉
When one considers the quality of work based on what little tools and supplies they had, I’d say that is some very good work.
Thank you for this video ❤ Your videos help me escape from terrible reality. I wish one day I could do something like this-away from everyone. Stay safe and take care! I look forward to more of your videos
