If you look at 2:40 he removed the inner pipe, you will see that it is fully seated. at 17:30 he replaced it but it is 5 threads. approx 1 cm higher which means it is not fully seated. when the user puts it to some high pressure close to about 25 tons, it will break. He did a poor job of the repair. I knew he would not be able to tighten it like from the factory.
It would take very little time or effort to clean the work surface and surrounding areas, there's no need, whatever the culture you live in, to work in filth and squalor.
This jack is no good no more he should not hold the iner tube with the pipe tool it will make dent to the tube and damage the tube and by the time the iner seal will be damage more faster.
