To us Bengalis khichdi is incomplete without piping hot fries! Fried thin slices of brinjal or/and pumpkin with besan coating or a simple double egg omelet for non veg lovers, that's how we eat our khichdi combo!😋
I am not sure how many of you know that Kunal was one of the pioneers of food vlogging. He used to host the show called Foodie in times now channel. He still continues to be a legend..never get bored of watching his food vlogs(vegetarian ones 🙂).
Being a Non-Vegetarian, muh me paani agaya. That's the magic of Kunal's presentation.

Your videos are excellent.just noticed that you have been using the same spoon into each new food item bowl quite sure you wont eat all alone and would share with others would be good if you could keep a different spoon in each bowl before you shoot...just a thought ..but overall your videos are Great..Cheers
Yes a serving spoon should be used I'f the food is going to be shared with others specially now during COVID times and in general too.

कालबादेवी जानेवाला शख्स यहाँ जरूर आता है. हमने यहाँ कई बार दाल खिचडी खायी है लेकिन मुश्किलसे एक या दो बार काठियावाड़ की खिचडी खायी है. वैसे मुंबई में किसिको हलकासा लंच या डिनर करना हो तो यही एकमात्र और सेहतमंद पर्याय है. वैसे अबकी बार जाएंगे तो बाकी खिचडी भी जरुर चखेंगे. इस बढ़िया और हेल्दी एपिसोड के लिए धन्यवाद.

I always feel happy watching your videos, in office breaks. Yes, a work from homer guy enjoying his breaks watching your videos. :). A recommendation of exploring Nasik city, much in your vicinity, and an amazing food place, known for a lot of cuisines. Do come over and enjoy Nasik, for it's misal, Budha Halwai Jalebi, Sula, and many other wineries... an endless list though. :)
Actually, Maharashtrian version of Dal Dhokli is known as Chikhlya. Just add a rolled-out wheat soft dough( kanik in Marathi) in Dal, a little sweeter one.

Just an input, Bissi bele bhaat and Pongal are 2 very delicious kinds of Khichdi's from the south. Pongal is made in both sweet and savory kinds. but comfort food nevertheless.
