Pilatus has been operating for much longer than "since 1991". The PC12 may have been introduced in 1991, which is my suspicion. My guess is that Pilatus began operations in 1930 or 1940 timeframe. The PC-6 was introduced in the late 1950's and the Astasou Turbine variant was about 1962 or 1963......
Never the less, everything Pilatus designs/builds is gorgeous and leading edge.

Pilatus Aircraft, Ltd. was founded in December of 1939.
Back in my time in the 70s there were basically no large single engine planes. Ever since the Caravan came out, there were progressively more large singles with more than the usual 6 seats. With 10 seater planes, single turboprops kick ass and are getting more common, more economical than twins by a large measure (in cost, maintenance and fuel) and still safe thanks to the turbine reliability.
Fun video! Thanks Mike
got it! tks. great video and channel.
🛩Excellt presentation Mike 👌 take care of you, fly safly🛩🍀🙏🇺🇸
🍀Best wishes from Asia🐘🏝🇨🇭
If you haven't already, do a video on the Krestel turboprop plane. It's the best looking one!
I need one of these things
What about the concept of a" PC14"? A SETP based upon the platform of a PC-12, but with a composite fuselage and empennage. It would be lighter, stronger, and might allow for a slightly wider interior, possibly even an externally serviced lavatory. Just a thought.
Maybe raise your script up a foot or so while leaving the camera the same. Could even off set the script to the left or right a bit.
wish they would partner with Garmin.
Odd to show PC24 landing at 5:00.
2 Pilots + 2 Engines = Safety of everyone on board and people on ground. 👈
Modern turbines are damn near bulletproof.
Your opinion is unsubstantiated by statistics. 🙄🙄
Uh they look awfully young
