    Genuine trust is increasingly hard to come by these days with the amount of manipulation that goes on, even if you've known someone for an extended period of time, all it takes is one act of deception to render the relationship a facade.

    • @vipe650r
      @vipe650r Год назад +22

      I would challenge that. Not because it’s easy to find, but because it’s more durable than that, more possible to build with strength. True trust is the result not of a lack of mistakes, but of well cleaned up messes, and we’ll stewarded vulnerability. I.E. I show you a part of me that’s a little scary to show, and you respond in a kind way - you keep a secret, or you embrace a part of me others have rejected or mocked - something like that.
      Real trust takes time, and it is built up in layers - like blubber on a whale in very cold water, if I can use a weird picture. Any relationship that’s been around for a while will look like an older one those whales - lots of scars and nicks and healed scratches, because they’ve been through some tough times. Maybe they got hit hard by a boat or a predator, but because of the layers and layers of trust, that bite took a chunk out, but it was blubber that was hit. It hurt. Maybe it bled. Maybe it needed to be tended to and to heal, but it never got to the flesh of the whale. It never cut the core of the relationship. Real trust doesn’t mean you’re invulnerable, but it means you can deal with and make it through some really tough times, and it can be built by two flawed people willing to clean up messes and be a bit selfless every day.

      Sometimes people are so good at wearing the mask that You can know a person for a very long time before you realize that they are not a person of integrity because you've never actually seen behind the mask regardless of how long you've known them.
      I met a woman one time who's father was a serial killer.
      But because of how loving, generous, and caring, how he was with her, with her mother, her family, the community.
      NO ONE knew until he was caught red-handed in the act of a Murder... I guess I should make note that she was in her 30s and his wife have been married to him for over 40 years but none of them knew that he was killing the whole time

      @@shannonpendergrass7206 yes some people are very well at hiding their true nature. If this man can hide that for all these years. Just think what a person that cheats and relationship came to. Especially if you trust them. If you are a person of high integrity and loyalty. The easier you are manipulated and the easier you can fall prey to cheaters. Since you are a person of high integrity and loyalty we often assume that everyone else is as well. Just like a person that lies and cheats they often assume everyone's does as well. They are often the ones that are accusing their spouses and partners of cheating because they know what they are capable of.
      Slightly different topic. A very close friend of mine his mom was killed by a serial killer in 1987 in Fort Walton Beach Florida the man's name was Frank Walls
      He killed my friend's mom also he killed a young girl that a lot of my friends knew, I did not know her.
      In all I think he killed seven people possibly more. This is easily proven with a quick Google search. Yes evil walks among Us. You never know what some people are capable of and they can keep their intentions hidden did very well.

So they're women who took advantage of me. To all the women that cheat they think they're so f****** smart remember this it's easy as hell to cheat on somebody that trust you...... كنت حاسس بالشفقة و باللطف الضعيف تجاه قطعة قذارة معفنة..ارجوك يا الله لا تجعلنا مثلهم و لا تشفقنا تجاه شرهم

    What about people with trust issues? A lot of the time I do try to trust people but in the past it's never ended up well. I ended up regretting it all the time. The problem is not deciding to trust, the problem is to figure out who to trust.

    Matthew 7:24-27. KJV
    24 Therefore whosoever heareth
    these sayings of Mine, and doeth them,
    I will liken him unto a wise man,
    which built his house upon a ROCK:
    25 And the rain descended,
    and the floods came,
    and the winds blew,
    and beat upon that house;
    and it fell NOT:
    for it was founded upon a ROCK.
    26 And every one
    that heareth these sayings of Mine,
    and doeth them not,
    shall be likened unto a foolish man,
    which built his house upon the SAND:
    27 And the rain descended,
    and the floods came,
    and the winds blew,
    and beat upon that house;
    and it fell:
    and great was the fall of it.
    --------------------------
    Our stability comes from a relationship with Christ Jesus, Our Rock and never the shifting sands around us

    That’s why I don’t ever trust anybody.. including my own family. Let me tell you that’s fucking awful way to live your life not trusting anyone but boy is it gratifying to not having to let your guard down.. Usually at my first instinct I don’t trust anybody…. But it’s not like oh fuck the world is out to get me. It’s more like even if you’re out to fuck me up. You can try but you won’t succeed kinda thing.. if that makes any sense.. Stay alert my friends.

    But if you fail to keep your word then do better and correct your behavior, except in the case of cheating. Cheating is intentional and enjoyable, so be willing to suffer the consequences...while you are enjoying cheating.
