Do you allow a 1/8 inch gap between plywood sheets by say using a nail for spacing along the long side of the plywood? The short ends of plywood get attached pretty good so maybe the gap can be skipped there. It is recommended and it does not take much time but maybe with the dry climate you work in no one does it?
