His company did work at my house. I quoted 3 companies one was his. He had the best pricing, the best materials. The guys were great, cleaned up everyday and was in and out in 2 days! Had one small issue w a dormer they showed up the next morning at 7:45am and fixed it. Come to find out it was tree damage from a storm that happened the night before. He refused the extra payment and fixed it for free....... 100% honest 100% quality
@@joeyt8256 they had harnesses with clamps and buckles attached to safety lines/ropes. Then those were attached to wood that was attached to the roof
Great business man do things like that.
Sure dude cute story
There needs to be companies that are for the people.
The fact that he's willing to work with his crew is a key reason why his crew is loyal to him. Workers love bosses who get their hands dirty with them. A key factor in his success.
People always underestimate how much money there truly is in the trades...
Yeah, everyone is too busy earning worthless college degrees.
@Nishil JaiswalI didn’t say all degrees. However, the majority of degrees earned today are worthless. College is for STEM, law or healthcare. Other than that a lot of the degrees were worthless.
@Nishil JaiswalBesides if you want money you’ll work on roofs.
@Nishil Jaiswal most college degrees are worthless... I told my kids to never go to college EVER!!
....Now they millionaires working as electricatians and plumbing
@W.A M.P Yes!.. I tell people if the government didn't stick their nose into college things would of been fine... But once the government started giving out loans the universities jacked up their prices....
Good for him, I love how he takes care of his employees!
He should enjoy the fruits of his labour and buy any car he wants, he earned it
i would love to work for him i can find so many customers for him
Dropped out of college doing business, got into roofing to get my feet wet in the trades. Now I'm an exterior contractor, love the sub work too, way to busy. Pushing 150-200k. Working on genie lifts all day. 6 years in.
Good Motivation! Just turned 24 and started my construction/painting company a year ago! In NY and so far I’m seeing success
Me to bro I’m in Tucson az !! Congratulations 🎉
Milwaukee wi. 1st year on my own...16 years with others..just bought first rental property as well...2020 is treating me pretty good...hope all yours is as well
Yay!!!! Keep pushing!
Hey,
What’s all you need to start your own construction company?
@@juannoyola5246 skill and passion
A successful roofing contractor, but the game changed when he started buying real estate! It doesn't matter what else you do, real estate is the real game changer!!
Fax
That’s true about the Real Estate game and I highly recommend it. More importantly in this guy’s case, the roofing company is providing income for multiple workers and their families. I believe that’s where his true blessings stem from.
Also the uncomfortable truth: He’s tall, broad shoulders, has a full head of hair, and looks like a younger Russell Crowe or John Cena type guy. When you look like that, people respect you and often will hire you even if another company has better quality, value or price. It’s totally discriminatory BS but that’s how humanity works
@@charlesg7926 lol that’s bs most successful ppl aren’t even handsome like that chill out bro
yeah but the roofing allowed him to get into real estate
Love a man who works hard and is full of ambition
Grinded from the ground up. Started my business this year and have sold 6mil since March. Keep grinding!
What do u do
Hard work? this is smart work. Buy real estate early, then let it pay for the ferrari and vacation beach home.
A true businessman would never buy a Ferrari!
@@nickthrane4940 why??
@@bedirhanbaran7376 silly question to ask why. What is your argument in favor of owning a Ferrari?
@@nickthrane4940 I know a guy that owns 100 pharmacies. One of his cars is a f40.
@@JohnDoe-fs6lz good for him. Its a depreciating asset though. Do you see Warren Buffet driving a Ferrari? I don't think so.
This absolutely 100% possible in the roofing and reconstruction business. I went to college to get a degree in whatever my family wanted me to get.
In 2018, I decided to leave the Financial world and go into roofing sales in Florida.
I made more money in my first two years (six figures) than in 4 years as a financial advisor for a small firm.
Its tough work selling roofs, building and then collecting. But very rewarding. And i’m 26 and Debt Free thanks to the Roofing industry. Here in Florida, my company trains you to the point of massive success!
My respects to everyone in the blue collar industries nationwide!
#NoRoofLeftBehind
I just started in sales in roofing in September! I def see the potential!
Great Motivation for a roofer like I am ! Great guy , He deserves everything what He achievied because it all comes from hard work !
Hi there, can you please tell me what's your best projects as a roofer and how many times you get it
This guy is a rockstar. So many people dismiss blue collar jobs as being "poor people" jobs.
Idiots. They are busy writing their gender studies papers 😂
Good on him. I’m from London, England and it’s fairly common for plumbers here to be high earners! The smart ones who can get their hands dirty and use their brains often end up millionaires over here!
I wouldn't say poor but middle class jobs. The rich persons job is running the company. If you're working IN the company, you're not making any significant amount of income. If you're working ON the company, that's where you make the real money. It's directly correlated to the amount of risk that person took to open the business. No risk, no reward.
I know you from Millenial Money! You and your wife are by the far the most frugal I've seen on the series. Hope you guys reach a Billion some day.
Blue collar work pays amazingly well. I own a remodeling company and I make about $250,000 personal profit a year avg ($1.3 million gross on average). He has looks, hair, and height going for him though. I’m short and bald so it’s way harder to get respect haha. For example, my IQ is off the charts (147) and I’m super knowledgeable and we do great work, fair pricing- but sometimes women or tall men will disregard me immediately bcuz of my height and then they end up getting a worse quality or higher price from someone else 🤔 it’s definitely great pay but mannnn if I was 6’0 with this ambition and brain I’d be where he is at today. If only...
A great example of ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE if you work hard and smart!
I'd rather impress and impact people by creating value to their lives which is the only true and honest path to wealth and abundance.
@Chris Davis We have to change our mindset and do what the Rich does, with the little we earn, which is investing it. The world is changing..
Rich people play the money game to win. poor people play the money game not to lose. the goal truly is, the rich people always want massive wealth, the poor sees a surplus as an opportunity for consumption instead of investing it...
@@smithwillison6345 Talking about what the rich do to earn more money, can you risk loosing 20% - 30% of your investment if it does not go in your favor. Can you stand it?
@@danhanson5314 To me I believe that investment is meant for the already rich, the rich invest their money in commodities, bonds, stocks, and now in crypto. when they are tired of working all day long having sleepless nights.
@@ericrobert4651 I will partially accept this claim.
took a job as a day laborer for a roofing sub contractor for my first summer in college to make money. this was in south Florida, it was brutal work, felt like i was near death everyday i got off. great money even as a day laborer but i couldn't take the physical tole after two summers doing it
Same! I did laboring for a bricklayer and it was hard! Probably why no one wants to do yet I think many should for character building.
He should of became a salesman. I hire subs to do the actual roofs
Brutal grunt work, I hear that, I work for a labor union in nyc doing demolition.
He leads by example climbing the roofs with the other workers, man deserves all his success
The narrator is so 90s early 2000s
Yupp
I love it
Facts
Awesome!!! Hard work trumps talent everyday!
Hard work can really get you places you never knew you could reach
This guy looks like every roofing contractor that pulls up to my house in a Cadillac, asking to replace my roof.
How many times do we have to say it??? The American dream combined with entrepreneurship and hard work is alive and kicking in this country. Please please ignore all the outside noise. What an amazing accomplishment from a young man that knew what he wanted early in life and went after it. I SALUTE you.
Wow! Just up the road from us! Great inspiration.
Construction is the way! Im working on my general contractors license now and can’t wait to get things started.
I LOVE this series!
This is a smart guy, and he didn’t let anything stop him from achieving his dream
Goals and inspiring for sure!
God bless your work 😇 I am using Global Roofing and Siding this year to fix my house .Hope they do a good job!
Great motivation!
Nothing but admiration!
Thats awesome, good for him 👌
My roofer made $7,000 in EXCESS profits from me (over comps), for being willing to work on a moderately-sloped roof that other contractors would not touch. It was a 3-day job, 4 crew, 1 dumpster. Rinse and repeat.
Smart guy hard worker good luck hopefully you get more great jobs and couple more millions keep it up
good for him. congratulations glen
Great video, we need more people like Glenn!
I call BS. With the cameras off, he does none of the labor.
Very inspiring story sir! Wishing you, family and all your businesses many more blessing to come
Love from 🇱🇦❤️

This guy’s a beast!
Magnificent.
Good job keep up the good work god bless
🤘Love this show
Great life, great cars ,2 houses and great wife.
You had me till you said wife.
Continued success.
love the positivity from this guy
My dad was a roofer growing up. I got into roofing because I had no other options. I was a dirty poor kid now I'm still dirty but was less poor. My first year we did $700k and my second year we did $3m. I love my job. I solve problems and I support my family. Find a job that solves problems and become an expert. The money will follow.
Hi Joe, I'd love to have a conversation with you. Starting out my own roofing company. What's your line or email?
@@sethacquah7972 what's your email and I will reach out to you
Okay, I do admit I need to see this!
Dream big y'all. In this country, it can happen.
I'm here in 2022 looking at this video and I'm really inspired because one day im gonna build my own business something almost close to what he's doing....just wait I'll be on top of the world as well
The American dream - good work!
Id like to see a post quarantine video on his businesses
This guy started another business at the beginning of the pandemic sanitizing other businesses, he's also a partial owner of bumpbox, since the pandemic we've hired over 30 new employees and are as busy as ever, been working for glen for 18 years now and have never been disappointed by the work place structure he created
Great info
Yo congrats man!
I started my roofing company at 17. I started 4-5 years younger than most story’s I see about millionaire roofers. Let’s go
I’m 23 now for in sight

He is balling great video
He also lives in Delaware which prolly helps a lot
Roofing is expensive... I can see how it makes good money!
Great Working
How can he make millions if everything he sells is *on the house*? ... No? Ok, I'll show myself out.
That joke went right *over my head*... get it?
Lol that was funny
Boomer humor
Nailed it......
Lmao
I got a roofing quote from these guys back in 2014
2:31 you can’t tell me that ain’t Tom from MySpace
This guy is crushing it.. Bill Burr could only dream of having his job..
I would hire this gentleman!
He hires full time employees and builds relationships.
Interesting how roof waterproofing is done in America. A lot simpler in Australia
it's true I made so much money roofing but reason were because we started from 4 am and didn't finish till 730pm and starts all over again Monday-sunday ,I had no life just work
Yess
Where is this are you guys taking applications
*Cool!*
#AcCollection
A lot of those roofing seams did not have the adhesive applied properly. What should last 30 years with minimal maintenance will be a disaster after the first freeze/thaw cycle when those seams contract and expand
Congrats now you know why he makes so much money.
That is why he pays labor for cheap but gets bigger results for himself. If you going to be in a business you got to think like a business man
Wow! I thought the profit margin would be much higher.
I’m a roof salesman and this is the goal
Where are you a salesman?

When was this? This definitely wasn’t any point in this year
One of the other episodes of these mentioned 2014 ?
