Beautiful job. The Mills brothers recorded some of the greatest music ever. I am sad for the younger generation who either never heard them or does not appreciate them. Keep up the good work guys...And thanks for stopping by my channel...Terry

I’m 22 and I’m trying to spread the word of The Mills Brothers. I will keep the music alive the best I can!

Remember watching Mills bros on Perry Como when I was a kid with my parents. I used to sing Glow Worm walking to school. Thanks to Elmer for these great vids.

PI honors the life and musical legacy of Elmer Hopper.

Elmer Hopper spent 21 years with The Platters. In 1974, at the age of nineteen, Elmer was trained personally by Paul Robi, (the baritone of the original group.) He accompanied Paul on an international tour spanning the globe from Japan and China, to Canada and Australia in what was said to be the best ensemble of The Platters since the group’s inception. In 1999, Elmer Hopper joined The Mills Brothers and continued to tour until his death this past weekend.

the song remains beautiful, however the original is unparalleled, perhaps this version is sung too slowly and with some inaccuracies. But thanks for publishing it and to the two interpreters.
