    Really enjoyed this vlog. I watch your vlogs periodically and was curious to see if you’d make the trip to India and try Parsi cuisine in Mumbai and what your reaction would be. Glad you enjoyed it. Amazing that the proprietor still speaks Farsi being 3rd generation.

    Very nice video 😊 👍 thanks for sharing their kitchen tour. Loved how the chicken cutlets were swimming and sizzling in the hot oil. I recently visited Britannia restaurant in Mumbai. I tried their Chicken berry Pulav and Sali chicken however I also ordered something different from what you have shown in the video. It was such a delightful experience. Most importantly not to forget their love for their pet animals. Their pet animals were so friendly. Their pet dog Julio and pet cat bozo constantly wagged their tail as we entered giving us such a warm welcome and they were so friendly ❤️ While I was making a food video they constantly tried to grab our attention it felt like as if they wanted to be captured in our video all the time 🥰

    Parsi came from Iran. Recent dna test show many of them are still fully Persian, despite being in India for 800 years or more

    • @siddharthmehta6220
      @siddharthmehta6220 Год назад +5

      No lol. They have significant Indian ancestry now proven by mtDNA data, but still mostly Persian origin Y-DNA ancestry. The reason for this is pretty logical. If a Parsi guy marries a non-Parsi girl, their offspring are still considered Parsi due to the patriarchal nature of the community, but the reverse is not true. Meaning people who are called Parsi today would only have other Parsi male ancestors but a significant chunk of non-Parsi female ancestors.

    As an Iranian ( Persian ) I really love Parsis people who are Zorostrian. They are our brothers and sisters who still live in exile in India.. Unfortunately after attacking and occupying Iran by Muslim Arabs Iranian people forced to convert to Islam that's why some of our ancestors decided to flee and migrate to India because they didn't want to convert to Islam from Zorostrian. ❤ Parsis

    Ask the owner if he has sold his Shame too. Why tf would someone put a Union Jack 🇬🇧 in India, after what all the colonisers did to India. These people should stop trying to be a perfect slave of the crown, there's no British Raj anymore. They've earned and gotten rich enough by collabrating with the British.

    • @Sirissssss
      @Sirissssss Год назад

      Maybe India should decolonize by banning British sports like cricket and British transport system laid by British in India like trains .also decolonize the army and police and not follow the British military titles . Also British banking should be banned and the bank of India and such should be shut down.

    • @ytv31
      @ytv31 10 месяцев назад +1

      Paris have been the well known as the bankers of the British Empire. During colonial rule in India, only the white Europeans and parsis were allowed to enter first class compartments on trains. Field Marshal Manekshaw was famous for putting paintings of only British and American military officers on the walls of the military training academy.
