I have a cousin that’s an RN that’s just as crazy as her. She was put in the restraint chair for 24 hrs. Drugs and alcohol are her poison. She can’t be a nurse in our area code anymore, so she travels now. How she’s still a nurse is beyond me tbh
All the officers in this video has my upmost respect. Your professional but mostly your empathy and compassion for all these broken individuals is admirable! From a grandmother in New Jersey, USA
I would say that having a documentary crew watching your every move kinda helps. Their job has to be one of the worst honestly dealing with people at their lowest points in life.
It’s from being homeless and on heroin unfortunately.. typically don’t eat well, lots of sugar and the heroin literally sucks all the nutrients from your body.. opiate addicts look like zombies usually dark circles, grey skin, dead eyes.. I’ve been through it, usually getting sober though makes that go away.
So interesting to see the different jails & detention centres in Texas. Drugs & alcohol seem to be the biggest protagonists with the arestees wherever they are. Sad really. Best wishes from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤
She wanted the handcuffs taken off? Well, lady, you just entered a jail. They will eventually take them off, but you have to be patient. Also, don’t scream like that. Do you scream like that and cuss like that in the hospital? You would lose your job.
I have watched a few of these episodes and the amount of nurses that get arrested is astounding. I know they have stressful jobs but you would think that they would have better decision making skills. I don't know, I guess we all reach a breaking point where you just lose it.
Soliciting without a license is illegal so he was soliciting without a license for money so he could get a license to solicit for money legally... 😂😂😂 What a smart ass lol
SGT. Rose Nabors is such a kindhearted lady.. always a smile on her face and you can see that she loves her job. The others are also very friendly and I’m a firm believer that when you act normal and behave yourself to the officers that they treat you the same. Lots of respect for all of them
Some of these people are so sad. It is heart wrenching to see how desperate they are and cannot see a way out. At one time in my life, when I was young and knew everything, I would have shown them not an ounce of mercy. My attitude was, get your life on track and do not cause other people any problems because of your poor choices. Now that I am old, my heart has softened enough to know that “ there but for the grace of God go I”. It’s an old saying that says so much. I was and am capable of making the wrong choice. Alcohol and drugs cause more pain in this world than they should.
Just hearing about the love and comradery between all the different officers is beautiful, and kind of inspiring. I can see why they are each so passionate about their careers. Makes me wonder to myself could I? Maybe in another life?
It's a nuisance, they are walking in and out of traffic, knocking on windows when cars stop at lights. Everyone has the right to peace and quiet while driving and not having to dodge these people. I live in a city with a lot. My friend hit one that ran in front of her car as the light had turned green and he was trying to get back to the sidewalk.
I'd bet he was a veteran as well. If we respected and set up veterans with assistance with jobs and aftercare needs at anytime in their lives they need it there wouldn't be so many homeless and fallen into alcoholism/drug abuse to self medicate for PTSD. Sad...
If you play stupid games you win stupid prices. Like ending up butt naked in a rubber room. If she would have played it cool she never would have a problem and her brother would have been arrested because by being the babysitter she had a legitimate reason for being there. Might would have gone that way if she had just left the alcohol alone. You DO NOT need to drink around children PERIOD!
People that aren't addicts themselves can be so damn ignorant about addiction and how it works. Educate yourself before you try talking about addiction and drugs as if you are addict yourself. Smh 🤦
Amen, I know that struggle I am almost 3 yrs next month will be 3 sober. It’s the hardest thing to do and keep doing. It’s a mental illness just like depression and or addiction. Many addicts have untreated issues. I have c PTSD server depression and high anxiety.
I really have to give it to the Texan officers like I mean seriously I mean I thought I was patient they put me to shame, especially for being an officer I mean, all I can say, is kudos to you
Never wanted to help a junky but that lady laying it all out as facts had my respect. She wants to do better. I get it, it was a hard battle for myself but my choice was alcohol.. it's a hard battle. She has it in her
I would not want the First Lady treating me as RN. I worked home healthcare and had yearly records check. Could not have arrests, charges, or even a traffic ticket.
36:11 He said his wife gets crazy when she smokes too much weed. Apparently something is wrong with the weed these days because that’s not how people used to act in the 70’s when they smoked weed.
Present marijuana has been genetically changed in it's THC quantity. Present marijuana should be avoided as much as meth, cocaine or heroine. It's dangerous.
You know watching these videos yrs later I always wonder how the people are today. I say a little wish that they’re all alive and haven’t passed from the drugs they were doing🤗
I really have to admit I mean, like some officers with all due respect can be kind of jerks the officers dealing with her we’re actually really quite nice. It’s nice to see that it’s just a bloody shame that she didn’t return the same respect
Unfortunately MOST officers are bully’s and jerks that love to antagonize people and assert their authority. It’s sad really. The few good officers realize that when they give respect and understanding they usually get respect and compliance… the bad ones do it just to make people tick so they can punish them more.
49:19 He bought it as a present. It's not for him because he is trying to stop the violence.... Then why get someone that knife that looks like a gun, as a gift, if you are trying to stop the violence??????

People do recover!! What an ignorant thing to say and so offensive to the people that work so hard to change their lives!!.. smh... obviously you don't know anything about addiction!
I really don’t understand like I mean everybody’s been drunk a few times in their life but I mean like some people just straight up cannot handle it like what gives I mean I’ve been blackout drunk so many times in my life and yet I’m not so stupid or so ignorant that I don’t realize how I’m treating people or like what’s actually going on around me like I still have a head on my shoulders I might be intoxicated, but I still do have a like I’m not gonna lip off to some officer, or anybody else for that matter I mean yeah great you need to get a little drunk, but I mean that’s to numb yourself from your pain that’s not to treat other people like garbage
Made my heart feel good seeing the absolute respect for the flag, kind of a rare sight anymore. Personally there should be NO American beauty flying at night lite or not and especially in bad weather.
So the brother and sister in law (manipulators) asked nursie to come babysit so THEY would have a vehicle to go on their date......users. even use each other. Nursie should have been "hip" to that jive.......🧐

That first woman was crazy! That alcohol ain't worth losing your job over.
Lol

I'd be scared to have her as a nurse if she can't handle herself or her liquor. And babysitting drunk???????? Hmm very bad choices
Booze can't be blamed for their actions it just removes the inhibitions and the true self comes out.
Alcohol just like drugs lies and makes you its slave ❤
All the officers in this video has my upmost respect. Your professional but mostly your empathy and compassion for all these broken individuals is admirable! From a grandmother in New Jersey, USA
its all for TV in real lie the officers are thugs
I would say that having a documentary crew watching your every move kinda helps.

😮 It's scary that that first woman is a nurse. Truly frightening. Stay well.
She can definitely loose her license to practice nursing if she has an arrest for intoxication. She seemed unaware of that.

its the first time she ever had Grog so ya now how do u no how u would act the first time u have a certain drug
the deep black circles around the second woman's eyes...for a 28 year-old that's a really bad sign
Maybe from the heroin.

So interesting to see the different jails & detention centres in Texas. Drugs & alcohol seem to be the biggest protagonists with the arestees wherever they are. Sad really. Best wishes from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤
A LOT of respect in the TX jail system (apparently)
Drug and alcohol addictions are extremely common with people who get arrested a lot.
The first individual is an RN And behaving like that… how shameful!!!
She wanted the handcuffs taken off? Well, lady, you just entered a jail. They will eventually take them off, but you have to be patient. Also, don’t scream like that. Do you scream like that and cuss like that in the hospital? You would lose your job.
Alcohol is the devil for many
@nenblom
If Florida is like Arizona, she will lose her license and deservedly so.
Shocking behaviour
Don’t do that, don’t judge someone while she’s at her wickest
She named her daughter OG. 🙄 Nice.
@RXbee2 I feel bad for her daughter
That should be another charge.
Most of them are hungry, homeless or drug/alcohol addicted. Sad.
Lol😂
Very true as an RN yeah, that is very embarrassing
I have watched a few of these episodes and the amount of nurses that get arrested is astounding. I know they have stressful jobs but you would think that they would have better decision making skills. I don't know, I guess we all reach a breaking point where you just lose it.
Wow the guy was holding a sign begging for money cuz he was traveling and hungry and now he's in jail they just put him in a worst situation
I bet some of these folks got straight A's in drama class.
I really cannot figure out how officers well the good ones anyways like have the patience that they do like it’s just straight up commendable

Excellent knowledge that I would wish every human being made as a mantra of sorts!
That's such a nice idea to do. That's something fatherly to say to my wife and I to do. Thank you
Don't the arresting officers thoroughly search these people first?
Oh no! Flat tire! Blappa, blappa blappa!
Soliciting for money, to buy a license to solicit,.. hey,, how can you argue that?
You can't
One woman by herself thinks it’s smart to resist 7 correction officers. Madness.
Just hearing about the love and comradery between all the different officers is beautiful, and kind of inspiring. I can see why they are each so passionate about their careers.

Pretty sad that people get arrested for begging for help! Disgusting.

❤ imagine being arrested for asking for help in a country that claims its first rule is Free Speech❤
I'd bet he was a veteran as well. If we respected and set up veterans with assistance with jobs and aftercare needs at anytime in their lives they need it there wouldn't be so many homeless and fallen into alcoholism/drug abuse to self medicate for PTSD. Sad...
The saddest part is the lack of humanity for someone begging for help..
