I like it when the officers introduce themselves and tell us how they came to their career. They all do an incredible job and go through a lot of crap that they shouldn't have to go through. I live in another country and I wonder how things work in my country. The only times I've met police officers was when I was broken into and assaulted (they were amazing) and my role as a teacher and also as a foster mum. I don't know and don't want to personally experience it from the side of a criminal.

Obstruction and resisting arrest? What about child endangerment and neglect?
If she was asleep and the kids wandered outside, that by law is not child endangerment. Child Endangerment is a physical and purposeful act [whatever that "act" may be]. Being asleep, when your children awake and decide they want to go outside and play [which appears to be the case here] is not physical, nor is it purposeful. The children were immediately taken into protective custody [as they should be]. Had this woman not allegedly fought with the officers, she would now be back home either drinking some more, or back to sleeping as at that point, she had broken no laws. If all mothers and fathers who slept and their kids awoke and decided to take that time to do something they probably know they should not be doing [like leaving the safety of the home to go play out in the cold not properly attired], well then the jails would be filled-to-capacity 99.99% of the time.
She says her children were taken away from her before. She needs to have them taken away forever after this! They were locked out of the damn house for hours while she was passed out on something. 😡

@@amyj4071 no the total cost of the operations involved (4), the fitting and installation totaled a little over 800k. Ridiculous! I think the titanium piece was around 37k alone. Medicine is TOO expensive.

Yeah man your right and I do agree with you on that and what you said. Apparently lot of people that come on this show are just flat out stupid that they just want to sue the cops for no reason. And they do not want to take responsibility for their actions. And that my friend is an exactly good example of why I do not feel sorry for any of these people that get arrested on this show. Why don't more people demand to see a lawyer and invoke the 5th (then stay quite till they talk to a lawyer )? Innocent and guilty people need to do that more often.
While they have the right to remain silent, very few have the ability. During the booking process, lawyers have no real power. Their job is for when it comes to trial.

It is used in various forms to restrain a fighter and violent kicker. It protects the officers from injury and restrains the prisoner from hurting themselves. It is just another tool like the chair.
