- A&Z #921 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Solorzano Bros' Gavone 20" Cheese Pizza Challenge w/ Cheesy Garlic Bread and Garlic Knots at Solorzano Bros on Webber Street in Sarasota, Florida!! Katina and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For challenge #1, we went to the Solorzano Bros location on Webber St in Sarasota, Florida. I took on their "Gavone" 20-inch Cheese Pizza Challenge which also included cheesy garlic bread and a big order of softball-sized garlic knots. I had 30 minutes to finish everything and I was trying to win my $35 pizza meal free plus a sweet t-shirt, a $25 gift token/card to be used later, and the 3rd spot on the Wall of Fame. Thanks to Carlos Solorzano the owner and everyone with Solorzano Bros for the delicious pizza, garlic breads, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to everyone who came up to watch and meet us that Tuesday evening!! We appreciate everyone in Sarasota, FL and around Florida who watches videos and supports our efforts!!

Solorzano Bros' Gavone 20" Cheese Pizza Challenge w/ Garlic Bread in Sarasota, Florida ($35):
This "Gavone" Pizza Challenge is hosted by the Solorzano Bros location on Webber Street.
Solorzano Bros specializes in making Hoboken, New Jersey style pizza which is delicious!!
For this big pizza challenge, you must finish a 20" diameter New Jersey style cheese pizza.
The 20" pizza comes with 6 softball-sized garlic knots and an order of cheesy garlic bread.
There is a 30 minute time limit to finish everything. There had been 2 winners prior to me.
"Gavone" champions win the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, a $25 gift token, and Wall of Fame!!

@@jamesboswell530 well I love the enthusiasm for Randy, unfortunately I am a team lead at my work and I was not able to take off. I run certain heavy machinery and I'm the only one at my company who runs them so taking off work is a little difficult sometimes

Hey 👋 randy... tasty challenge and dominated and I especially loved the reference to beard meats food’s song about his other half and her love of garlic bread- I’ve listened a few times and I think it’s really good and dont see why it can’t be released on a wider scale . There is italians and good pizza everywhere. I live in MD but run to pa to get a real pizza from sal at Delta pizza.
