YEah I always notice that about her. She plans her videos a lot, and you can tell by other videos that she's always doing something, sometimes she's even making more than one video at a time.. That's dedication and hard work and she deserves to get recognition for it! She has a great work ethic. Maybe she should do a video about scheduling and organizing xD, I think it would be useful actually!
I'm really starting to fall in love with this channel. She makes her videos so funny. She's light and bubbly; spirited. Her and Ty have fantastic chemistry; I can see why they're together. He's gorgeous and she's hilarious. Like another post said: she's one of the most non-problematic RUclipsrs I've ever seen. Her videos are warm, sweet, funny and very relaxing to watch.

I’m glad you call them beauty gurus instead of MUAs. I’m a certified MUA, and most of the beauty gurus aren’t, even though they and other people call them that. And they often teach people the wrong techniques etc, because they don’t actually know the right way, while advertising it as “the right way”. Beauty Guru gives them the credit they deserve without saying they’re something they’re not
she has, I think, a good methodology about researching, choosing representatives and such. It is all very well worked and she went into depth about everything.

The fact some people are pissed because she didn't include the James Charles palette. They don't realize that he posted his palette launch video 2 days after Safiya posted this video. The palette may have been out 2 weeks before this was posted but this video probably was done by then and if it wasn't it could have been sold out so y'all need to chill.
I love how she does a lot of things in a 25 min. video, I mean other people would mix the eye shadows and end it but she went to the store to find a match and also analyzed the shade under a microscope damn

Next time you do this, make three Franken-eyeshadows. Use the lightest colors of multiple pallets (spelled that wrong , oh well) to make your base shade. Use the medium colors to make your transition shade, and the darker shades to make your crease and corner color. It would be a whole Franken-eyeshadow look.
Bubble Witch she should also just separate the mattes from the shimmers & glitter shades so she could have shades to blend out with and shades to highlight with as well as have fun with for the combo glitter/shimmer shade.
Just call the color “no shade” since make up youtubers always throw shade at each other but you mix all of them together or the “guru’s powder” because yeah guru’s are also associated with psychedelic drugs

And they often teach people the wrong techniques etc, because they don’t actually know the right way, while advertising it as “the right way”. Beauty Guru gives them the credit they deserve without saying they’re something they’re not

Next time you do this, make three Franken-eyeshadows. Use the lightest colors of multiple pallets (spelled that wrong , oh well) to make your base shade. Use the medium colors to make your transition shade, and the darker shades to make your crease and corner color. It would be a whole Franken-eyeshadow look.
