I think this is the video i realised that I am doing something good and better. I do have all these issues and I have applied all the suggestions to recover from those. I am feeling better and conscious of what I am doing and satisfied. My anxiety for every day routine was reduced. I can say I am much better compared to a few months back. Better than yesterday(mentally, emotionally, psychologically ) is more than enough. Small efforts to practice/start/set the routine. It's ok to miss/fail/break once in a while.

Hi Dr, I have the same problem these days. But now I have a serious issue. It's not about the attention deficit . I noticed the problem I know that it is going to be a big mess or consequences. I know that is wrong or to be addressed is wrong. But still I hesitate to address it and pretend like nothing is going to happen. But when it becomes a big Problem and I feel like I should've done that or I should've addressed that problem then and there and solved it instead of waiting for the consequences or avoiding problems or pretending nothing is going to happen. Then I feel like I'm a big mess. What happened to me. ? I don't understand myself. I hate myself. Any tips to overcome this issue. Pls help me. I need your advice.
