The CSWP was the first-ever certification for SOLIDWORKS and remains the core of the certification program. The test is timed, so it requires knowledge and skill to pass it. The actual test is broken up into 3 segments that all must be passed to achieve the certification. The SOLIDWORKS Certification program allows users to learn the program and challenge themselves to obtain official recognition in their mastery of the tool. Is there a problem with combining the new cut feature into the original cut feature?

The decision to group cuts into one larger sketch or to break them up into separate features can be a matter of preference, but in general it is easier to keep sketches simple which makes parent/child relationships simpler and makes sketch repair easier. In this part both approaches would likely be equivalent.
