In 2015, after Total War: Warhammer was announced but before it released, Creative Assembly announced that they planned to create a trilogy of Total War: Warhammer games.[1]
In 2016, Russian data-miners discovered plans in the Total War: Warhammer game files for a third game featuring Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch and Slaanesh as factions.

Total War: Warhammer is part of Creative Assembly's grand strategy Total War series. @@guilliman1990 I have no idea what is causing this bug, but as a player, the black ark rite spawns an ark as well as making one recruitable; im assuming the ai is taking advantage of this too...and...ive seen it. even as a military vassal/ally
the bug seems to be the black ark rite now spawns an ark as well as allows the faction to recruit one; ergo double arks everywhere
I freaking hate it how much the AI cheats.
Ah, this explains why everything that "?" faction after Malekith goes a little near-crash freeze before it presses on with Malus.

This was so hard to watch. I swear, there is a genetic imprint in humans that specifically causes us to lose it over lags, similar to cats are scared of cucumbers.
It's the only thing plus malfunctioning hardware that actually makes me prone to rage in any kind of game. Not losing, or having a crap performance myself.
Because no Men can stand that faulty machiney. It's infuriating to see a machine not perform its duty.

Skaven Warp Ark when GW?
I feel like they already tried it, but whenever 1 was nearly complete there would be a sudden warp fire explosion so the project never really got off the ground bc every clan wanted to be the first one to finish it.
Side note, a skaven black arc which is just a floating garbage patch like in the real ocean, would be amazing and open the way for skaven pirate. Yes I know they hate water I just want them to have the funny hats

Imagine my shock when I finally make it to Naggaroth from the plains of Zanbaijin only to be greeted by the sight of seventeen Black Arks... fourteen of which have only 3-5 units...

This was painful to watch... But yeah, when I played with Allariel a week or two ago, I had to run around Hag Graef with 10 black arks, half of them empty, chasing me and making it a pain to defeat Malekith coz of their support. I should've played Benny Hill theme back then.

Its always happening in my campaing when I encounter morathi or malekith their turns are taking so long because of thier absurd amount of armies and dark arks moving throught the map
literally every time i experience a hiccup during turn transition, i cuss out naggarond instantly. always them damn elves
Doing the Jade Court, one of the few times I have first hand seen the Dark Elfs, and seeing all the Ark clusters, one just south of Ulthuan has 4, the entirety of Ulthuan is the Cult of Pleasure and the only thing keeping Malekith in check is 6 armies at his border after destroying all of Morathi's settlements there, I wondered why the Sword has never changed hands after it was pulled, my first experience sure is looking like a blood bath and now the end turn during both of them taking about 20-30 seconds makes sense.
Ye i had this problem when i was playing a Morathi campign. When u do the black ark sacrifice u get 1 black ark spawn at whatever harbour u own and another admiral spawns in your ark admiral recruitment pool.
COLD FIX NEEDED
I was wondering why, on my Nurgle IE campaign (after turn 200) there was suddenly lag for the faction on turn order numbers 13-15, coincidentally it was also the dark elves turn.
This brings back some old ptsd, playing on laptops that could not handle games D':

I was wondering why it's so laggy every time dark elves turn came, so how to we do this glitch?
Literally though, I thought I was going mad in my current playthrough where Morathi has groups of like 20 black arks at every port. Was trying to think has it always been like this haha. Glad it's just a bug and hopefully fixed soon!

I was lucky enough not to get to this point, but i did have a very noticeable stutter when it gets to dark elgi factions. So that's what it was. 🤔
That explains so much. The game always starts dying in the late game when naggarond's turn starts for me. It also explains why malekith is always top strength despite not having all that much territory.

OHHHHH so that is what was causing the lags and crashes in my last campaign, I didn't discover any dark elves so I didnt know
When it gets to be turn 70 plus, I get the blue wheel of death for about 30 seconds whenever it’s morathi or malekiths turn.
I was wondering why they were doing that. I was just going through a Kairos campaign and every other turn I got an update that the Thousand Maws performed the Sacrifice to Mathlann.

Had a recent game that would crash whenever a dark elf faction tried to establish a peace treaty and if I accepted.
To circumvent it I asked first.
Ohh so this is why my late game Be'lakor campaign freezes up for a bit whenever the dark elves take a turn. Tbh I thought it was my mods

Did have an issue with the cult of pleasure crashing the game every turn pre 5.0 update. I wonder if this is why. Thankfully when "waiting for game to respond" it eventually would.

The thing I like about dark elfs is that you can essentially have a near free 'coast guard' while you clean up your lands without having to really fear naval attacks anywhere.
Naval attacks with them are even more disgusting.
In return they don´t have global recruitment but yes, I like that feature too

I noticed lately that the Turn counter needs a Lot more time to process the Dark elf section than the Rest, so this was the reason.
Oh... so thats why the dark elf turn times are so long. Me and my cousin were playin multiple co-op campaigns over a period of time and we were wondering wtf the dark elves were doing to cause that shit lol
