Billy Haley was so different as most of his numbers had a swinging shuffle beat and his musicians actually played some jazz licks. My late Bride and I won prizes jiving to Rock Around the Clock. I never tire of this fab group.

@Oddjob6120 I realized this. They are not as tight as the guys in the 50s. The lead guitarist though not bad is not as exciting as Fran Beecher or Danny Cedrone

He was only a little over 55 1/2 when he passed away. Remember reading his obit in the papers.
