    I just wanted to let everyone know that I made these. I used the duck fat and all the other ingredients except the chili/brisket and sponsored seasoning.
    I did use a seasoning from Weber, called Chop House Butter or something.
    It was one of the best potatoes I’ve ever had. The skin was so crispy and tasty. The potato was so flavorful.
    If I had the time, I would have smoked them longer than 1 hour, so I would recommended smoking longer if you can and if you have the skill to make it work.
    Essentially, im a little annoyed that so many people in the comments section said they were going to make this recipe and NOT ONE came back to let everyone know how it went, so I just wanted to fix that problem.
    Definitely recommend. I would give this recipe somewhere between 7/10 and 10/10, depending on who cooks it.

    I was just looking up new twice baked potato recipes for the smoker and this was the first and only video I watched. I’ll be making them This weekend. Love your enthusiasm about your smoking!

    Yep im making these tomorrow on the stick burner. Im gonna be smoking some whole chickens, may try some of that on the potatoes. Thanks for the know how and your time to show how, its appreciated very much.

    My grandma used to make twice baked potatoes in the oven. She would mix the mashed potato with canned tuna, mayo, and anything else she might put in tuna salad, top them with cheese and bake. It sounds weird, but it is REALLY good.

    Potato candy right there. I love twice baked potatoes but have never thought about doing them on the smoker like this but I am going to do it first chance I get, thanks buddy, great video.

    Man I love twice baked or smoked in this case potatoes and those look fantastic Jeff! I like the brisket chili idea and well plenty of cheese and bacon. And knowing you, it’s nice and spicy. Have a great week brother!

    Hey Jeff I like your idea of vegitables LOL We are crazy for twice baked taters. The brisket and chili took that right over the top my friend. Green onion is a must. Nicely done my friend.
