Used to make loaded potatoes at a restaurant i worked at.... you could get carolina pulled pork, bbq chicken or short rib. A full meal in a potato.....you can't beat it! Love the videos!

What toaster oven did you use to hold the brisket. I have been looking at using a cheap electric smoker for a warming cabinet, but they are only 18 inches across and I am afraid that it would be too small for holding briskets

My guess is the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro, we use that one and it can hold very low temps and also can fit a 9x13 inch pan. Highly recommended!

This reminds me the best mashed potatoes I had were ones where I smoked the potatoes, kept the skin on in the mash, and put a smoked cheese sauce into the blend. Next time brisket topping.
Dude, you've given me two ideas! I had planned on doing Ibirra (sp?) tacos with chuck this weekend - but now I'm going it with a flat! 2, my favorite potato skin is topped with pulled pork. Now I want to make with chopped beef! Thanks brother.

You can actually dissolve salt in water and use it on the final rinse. That way the salt dissolves in the butter
