i went ahead and made these and they were the best ever ... i used a Bacon Horseradish sour cream but every thing else was as you did it .... love your channel too mate, have got a lot from it
@@AshKickinBBQ actually, Darren, if you're in MN, I should have said down here in Ontario. I'm in central Ontario which is pretty much south of MN. For some reason I thought you were further south. Anyhoo, the potatoes were awesome! I used green onions instead of chives. 2nd of your recipes that have been a winner with my people. I did a brisket point with your method. I got the, " I'd eat it again if it made you happy", which is at the top of the scale here. We work on an inverse scale, because we're weird Canadians. Very good ends up being fed to the dog. Keep up the good work man.
