I have S2S ether light really really comfortable very low noise compared to crisp packet thermarest, just bought a BA Rapide SL can’t wait to trying it out asap

Hi, I have STS and like its comfort but it is pretty loud. It wakes me up every time I turn around. Once I had it in a hut and the sound of it was unbearable - it kind of multiplied in closed space. Stil, none is perfect, so I'm keeping and love my nights with it.
Foam pad is the best for me. I wouldn’t spend$200 on something that could be popped. Idk why they don’t make them more durable. How much more should it have to weigh to make it durable? 500g? That’d be worth it to me. I find the ultra lightweight crowd kind of funny. I run a backpack for hunting game. You have to carry out 100lbs of meat on your pack. Just think it’s funny what ghetto things people are willing to do too shave a pound of a backpack. Haha cutting there toothbrush in half etc
