Subscriber 648. You popped up on my feed totally unexpectedly. I hate camping. Did it for 8 years as a Boy Scout...I was cold and uncomfortable ALL the time and got used to eating uncooked food. Your suggestions would make camping tolerable enough so I can take my family. Good luck getting to 1000. Your production quality is really good.
Also, make an Amazon store with all the stuff you have and will recommend. Look at Weavers of Eternity's video notes and you'll see his link. You should at least go for the "affiliate grift"...what's the point of having a YT channel...your advice should be rewarded some way or another. Zion looked awesome. You seemed pretty comfortable at 15F. 15F is the coldest I've ever camped in and I wanted to die cause I was using my Dad's sleeping bag from the 1940's when he was a Scout.
Hello I am in search for the most comfortable pad, also a side sleeper. I'm stuck between the nemo and big agnus. What makes the agnus more comfortable to you?
Sold ,on the strength of your video i want one of these im a side sleeper . Only problem is i just bought the neoair ex lite xt , hmmm its nit arrived yet, im wondering if i can send it back ( no REI in the UK ) but im already thinking i might ask the store if i can change it for the big agnes rapide sl
Any advice on packaging this back into its bag? 😅 I bloody struggle. Can’t do it. It also always seems to have a pocket of air that bulges when I roll it up to pack away… even though the air is gone?! And in general it just doesn’t roll up the same
Ha ha I had exactly that trouble with a tent , and not a light backpacking tent thus was one of those cheap family type " pop up " tent , basically undo the clips shake it , bang you have a tent right there, great ! But man camping was the first time we used it and I had to put it back into a little bag in a rain storm
@@MyCentsTX if it’s easy as my thermarest to blow up, or even twice as demanding for that matter it will be worth the weight savings to me. When I’m in the backcountry I don’t have much to do in the evening but sit by the fire (hopefully) and enjoy myself while prepping my sleeping situation. I’m not in a race. With that said do you think this mat would be a good fit for me? Particularly considering I receive a substantial discount from big Agnes and, I live in Colorado and like to support local businesses. Particularly intrigued by users comments on it being a good choice for side sleepers.

Thanks for the review, I just bought the double (50x78), and I can't wait to try it.
Where can you find the 50*78? I only can find 40*72 of size.
Brilliant video, informative and well produced. Subbed
I’m thinking about picking one up❤

And now Zoom is out. Will you stick with Rapid SL or will go after Zoom UL?

Nightmare swearing ranting raving that was almost impossible to pack up
My hips still hurt after using this one!
Perhaps inflated too much?
Yeah, I let lots of air out to get a softer feel. This weekend, I forgot to close the air plug and woke up on the floor hahaha
@@MyCentsTX thanks!
I'll wait till it gets warm and that snow melts lol
189 pond verry expencive
Can I blow it up without the pump sack?

Grayl is the best. #831
Quilt > Sleeping bag.
Quilt is just a sleeping bag without a zipper. Just buy a sleeping bag and if you want a quilt unzip it
