It's amazing how much energy goes into birthing and bringing up babies! And sometimes we try to help ourselves along the way and sometimes unknowingly harm ourselves...I recently had a scary episode when I had no idea flax seeds interfere with both antibiotics and thyroid meds and ended up very weak and extremely low blood pressure. I then saw that a seemingly health food product could break down in the system and cause real problems. I wish I had researched the side effects and warnings more thoroughly instead of just focusing on their benefits---I would've never have supplemented with them 😮 thank God all is well and I am glad we found out what caused it!

Oh no! I'm so sorry that you experienced this random negative interaction! Like you say, I never would have thought flaxseed could cause harm when partnered with the wrong thing (I have flax all the time!). I'm so happy you found the problem and can move forward feeling stronger🙏🙏. Thinking of you and wishing you well💕🌷💫!!!

@@ChelseyTarnow thank you so much Chels! Interestingly I did see that it might not be a good idea to take flax if you have hormone sensitive cancers like breast or ovarian cancers and to be careful when breastfeeding if you take flax. Just passing along info I never knew until today...I know you will do what is right for you but I just thought we gals have to stick together and help each other if at all possible...like you always say, take it with a grain of salt...
May you always stay well and feel rested real soon! Blessings to you all! 🤗👋🙏
