The track and field sprint competitions between 2008 and 2016 were an era beyond compare. A Caribbean island dominated the entire world elite thanks to Usain Bolt's power und inspiration to other athletes. Usain Bolt was a hands-on athlete, close to the audience and celebrating on his own terms. Not to forget his respect for the sporting achievements of other athletes from other countries. Hats off!

When Bolt pushes hard for a few seconds... it's a completely different speed category. He takes a bit more time to accelerate, but then he keeps accelerating long past the point where all others peak and fade, slowing down only if he wants to celebrate. He keeps pulling away all the way to the line.

I’d say the most impressive thing seeing the guy from team USA on 1st relay wearing a huge gold watch . And the guy on the 3rd relay was wearing several huge gold chains .
And after that they got disqualified .
1 question - Do you need to wear a watch or a chain at the Olympics ?
2 questions - Don't you wanna get lighter then it is all about milleseconds ?
