This guy deserves credit... He gave a tear down video... Which bearings are best and a walkthrough... Ive saved and praised him and now im complete... Poxy cheap bearings got me worried with the noise... Thanks man...
you should never kick a bearing, you trash it from the get go. You can build a press with a long screw, a couple nuts, washers and press it's edges in with a socket wrench. And put the bearing in the freezer before installing, it will shrink
I could not take the rear break disc out so you can replace the bearings without taking rear disc break out. I used a hydraulic press to put the bearings in place but also works fine with hammer and a hard piece of wood :)
For the tires you should go tubeless. I never had a flat in 1200km and even if I do, it takes 2 minutes to fix it with a wire plug on the side of the road.
@@slick1908 are you serious, the tires that cars have are much more different than the tubeless scooters. Tubeless have less range, lower top speed and don't absorb nearly as much force
@@fku232 lol what? Do you realize that tubeless tire is pneumatic right? If anything tubeless is lighter because it does not have a tube, it keeps the air inside the tire without the aid of a tube, hence the name, tubeless.
@@fku232 how are they different? Please explain. I just mounted PMT racing tires ( minimoto italian made tires) on my dualtron thunder, just the same as I would do on my car, inflated them to 35 psi, all tubeless
Nice video, i am beginning to hear rubbery squeaks in my front tire, i am guesing it probably my bearing. Sound audible from 10 feet away, Only if i put weight on it, where can i buy this bearing?
how do you reduce or remove the side to side play in the axle? I have a 1mm play(looseness) in the axle and I tried to tighten the axle and it does not work.
so is the rear bearing 9 or 8 and I'm a bit confused on whether it is a 6001 or 6002. I was thinking of getting the ceramic versions 6001RS-12x28x8mm by fuschi.. i'm just unsure if the dimensions are correct for the rear.
Never ever hit a new bearing. Always use a press to place a new bearing. Hitting will cause the bearing to wear more than supposed and causes microscopie dents in the balls in the bearing.
It's okay if you hit it on the race that is contacting the surface you are mounting on. That way you don't actually put any significant forces on the fragile parts.
Dear friend, your video is incredible, full of details. Perfect. Thanks for the content.

Thank you for making this video!
You didnt show the most imporant part: putting the motor back together! How do you put it back in withhout th magnets smashing or something?

Great guide... except you skipped the part about opening the front wheel cover, which is probably the most confusing part.
great video!
does the C3 bearing is better for that or normal ?

depends on what you're looking for. Other than the minimal maintenance, regular tires win on everything else.
@@fku232 regular tires? You mean tubed? I don't think there's any pro to tubed. There's a reason all cars are tubeless since 50 or so years ago.

Hi, for rear wheel you need 6002 or 6001 please?
6001 rear
@@raptorne1 already ordered already on It but feel slow compared to the originals

you need 2 pc 6001 2rs for the back and 2pc 6002rs for the front, also dont get ceramic bearings for a scooter that suffers continuous stress

can u paste links to bearings ?
is that grease you put on rear bearing or is that LOCTITE glue, if thats LOCTITE then what type you use
any links to where you bought the bearings?
Son la misma medida los delanteros y los traseros
My M365 has a squeaking noise from the rear wheel. How would I lube the squeak so it goes away? Is the squeaking from the wheel bearings.
usually not, check the connection point where you screw the wheel to the frame
Sure that it is not the brake disc rubbing?
Damet garm 👍
I don't have any tools can i have your tools. 😥
15:19 brown looks burned.

You sound like electro boom lol.
