Dauminique, Your videos are OSSUM.
The new kid on the block got some new shoes , gonna make the other kids jealous lol . Man swings that hammer like he's on a mission !
I used to work on trucks. It`s nice to be retired and not have the aches and pains from doing it anymore. Nice having clean hand too.
Bobby seems quick and efficient at his Mechanical work. Your lucky to have someone who knows what they are doing in the line of trucks, cause they are bottomless pits of money especially now days so your saving alot doing your own work. Good work and good luck with your business.
Your husband will save you a lot of money on the repair bills and that's a blessing. You really can't find a combination where the lights the truck driver in the husband's the mechanic. And he's so efficient especially when you have them on super mode. God bless have an awesome evening
You're hubby's mechanicing skills are right on point I've seen good ones and bad ones and watching him lean into a shi**y job like that was impressive 👍
If you have three hub seals leaking, the forth will be right behind. Been a heavy truck and fire truck mechanic for 27 years. Good luck, love your show.
How times have changed, the last time I helped a wrench change out wheel studs (about 1972) it involved a torch, a lot of "magic words" and a lot more work. It has gotten "easier," but it is still a lot of hard work. Fun to watch and listen to the sound track rather than doing.
You're going to love those Michelin tires. Same exact ones I'm running for drives!
I have them on BD1 as well. They are pretty great
these michelin tires with shiny alcoa wheels sure help bobby’s 77 classic W900A look nice …
When I worked in the shop for trash company I was at did what Bobby did four or five times a week on different trucks he done great and great job with the truck and God bless from GA and stay safe
That man works hard, my arms hurt watching! Work is not a dirty word to that man!
This women has to be the most beautiful, awesome, talented, hardest working woman on the net
May sky father bless her and her family all their lives..and she never gets into a accident on these crowded roads.
Putting those tires on isn't no joke DUDE made it look simple af. Great job guys.
Putting studs in is how I got My first knee injury 😂😅😊🎉🎉🎉
Bobby sure is a great mechanic, he knows his stuff he makes it look so easy, he needs to come to the company I work for and show some of the mechanics that here what a real mechanic is, he would run circles around them
Oh I love every aspect of this video. Makes me think back to the late 1980's when I was working in the underground copper mines here in my area. We use 12V head lamps clipped onto our safety helmets with the cable running down our back to a heavy battery pack on a safety belt. That battery could take us through a 10hour shift although we only did 8 hour shifts. These days they run 12h shifts of 4days work and 4days off, Monday to Monday.
Oh we use to do maintenance on those big underground Wagner Scoop-trams with 18stud wheels. We also use air impact tools etc. Yet another great video. Thank you so much. 👏🏽👏🏽
I love the fun of any kind of labor heart and soul goes into the work
Thank you for the content! I need something fun to watch while I get my first cup of coffee down in the morning.
My son Jason used to have a singing group that played Celtic music in Edmonton. I enjoyed the music accompanying your video. You have quite the juggling act to do with your family. Enjoy it. They grow up fast. 😊
Great video, good look at what is involved with keeping equipment running. I really liked the background music playing while the work was going on! Best for all you all!
That is some of the best wrenching I have seen in a long time. Very nice work.
Your hubby reminds me of what I used to do way back in the day, and I don’t miss it at all!😅
Great video! It is really nice to see somebody who knows what they're doing ply their craft well. Kudos to Bobbie for his effort and his work. Thanks for the update.
That Bobbie is a stud. He knows his way around tools.
Bobby has it goin on like a big pot of neckbones. Great wrenchin.
Love the violin music. Our Dad used to play that all the time. 🥲❤️
Thanks for the update. Bobby is a hard worker as well as knowledgeable in what he is doing. When you are ready to put it in service it will be ready. Just hope you are able to find a " Truck Driver " and NOT a steering wheel holder. I can truthfully say in the 40 plus years OTR I treated the truck I was driving as though my name was on the title. Keep up the hard work and stay safe out there 🙏.
I just purchased a 1976 Peterbilt. I'm semi retired so am really enjoying your videos. I could sure use your husband's skills on a few things I need to fix. I'm mechanically inclined so with videos I'll get there.
Me, Deisel Field Mech for over 33 years. Bobby??? Job A+!!! That truck is going to be ready! Looking foward to the dash??? Hope so! Thanks for sharing guys. 👍🏻👍🏻😎😎😎
Congrats on the plates
Wow impressed by your husband by him hot just using the heavy duty impact gun when reinstalling the lug nuts. keep up the great work
Glad Bobby got new shoes for his classic dump truck 77 is a good year
1977 was the year I was born.😎 That’s a good year!
Great video!! Young lady you're better half is a hard worker does good job. Sure like the old KWs sweet truck. Thanks for sharing be safe have fun enjoy
Your husband is hard working get in done guy Your very lucky to have him with your trucking company
Wow Bobby is a good worker and good music!!
When you own trucks you need a Bobby and you are lucky to have one
One hell of a team
Looks great. Love you are saving ( and working) a classic! Now if only I could find my B model Mack...
I've got a '60 model B-78...long hood, Cummins power, quad box full progressive double over. 10/12 yard box. Added front brakes and has new brake block and drums on all 4 corners of the rear....Drive it home it needs a new home...rust free
Glad you have a good support group for you and your family and always loved your videos and do your best you and keep up the good work
I was waiting to see you start swinging that hammer putting those studs back in
Love your videos
Looks like Bobby has some mad skills.
Bobby got skills.
Great job
Nice to see you guys did not scrimp on the tires . Michelin tires just shows how dedicated you all are to safety . You can never put a price on safety .
Great adding the "Drunken Sailor" in the sound track...
Very great video for shop work
Good stuff and good luck
Bobby is a mad man with a hammer.
🤣🤣
Got my class B and permit for class A, going in two weeks to take road test. Been watching you videos on and off when they pop up and didn’t realize your boy was named Remi. My youngest is 3 and named Remington. Been a mechanic for my family for a few years and love how you two don’t go pay the over priced charge that it cost at the shops…
The guys a beast. I can see why most mechanics rather drive.
This was a great video love it
I love how Bobby gets characterized as a "Drunken Sailor" when working in the garage. The power of a sea shanty. 😂
You do good work there Bobby
Bobby is saving you $$$$$$$. Great video.
I like the music and I love the sound of the music. I been watching your channel it very good. I’m from Bothell sometime I see you drive by, keep up the good work and have a happy trucking with you and Bobby.
Awesome video
Love the updates on the 77 ! 💪👍🏼
That was a lot of hard work.
Gotta give Bobby a raise.....😍😍😍
Go Bobby go!
Maybe some day I'll start a RUclips show and 're-new' my 1977 KW winch tractor. It has a custom skirted diamond plate bed with 80 ton Tulsa winch. Maybe then I could fix all of the 5 and 4 trans shift linkages and learn to drive it better! 🤠👌
Beutiful choice of irish music for this video
The man is a Stud! LOL.....nice work!
Agreed
Good video, Bobby does good work. I'll bet you knew that long ago.... LOL
Girl, you owe him big time for that labor. Ummmm but just short of another baby, okay? LoL. Congrats on getting your new plates!
success always my brother
Bobby swings that hammer like he’s got some built up anger!
The 77 Kenworth is a sweet truck even the dump truck to
Brilliant update I was singing along to what shall we do with a drunken trucker, sorry for my sense of humour
A nice work shop you have there.
Good video.
Great music while he worked
He’s so chill 😎awesome job 👍Aloha from Hawaii 😎🤙🏽🌴
Bobby wants an air hammer for Christmas. He’ll love it next time he has to change a wheel stud or 40 of them.
Music, got it now..."What Should We Do with a Drunken Sailor".....pretty rendition.
I would have polished them first, just a thought, looking good
Bobby and you make a great team ! also Left Handed Men are the Only Ones in their Right Mind !
🤣🤣🤣he would agree with that
oh boy spring suspension
That's always a fun job! Lol 👍👍
👍👌❤🇨🇦. Hey Bobby, there is a portable press tool that runs on air for extracting and replacing those studs, mine works great
Nice!
Thanks!
Always wondered how wheel studs were done. Now I know.
Brings back memories when I pulled wrenches on trucks. Beats the heck out of working on 4 wheelers (cars). Thanks for sharing.
Get that man, an air hammer.
Presumably your 'new' wheels are alloy?
They are often a good bit thicker than steel.
So the need longer studs.
An easy enough job and you get a full brake check and adjustment thrown in 😀😀
Holy smokers, Bobby is a wheel stud & hub seal swapping machine w/ that left hand! Good tires are cheap insurance, thanks for the update & best of luck w/ all the things! 🙂
U were suggested to me by Steve Fastcheck (fsc trucking)
Holy cow..! Bobbie can sure put a “wallop” on them lug nuts.., and with accuracy., I would have had the axle studs all rounded over from hitting them…
Great video,
Thank you both.
The secret is to "drive" the studs, not hit or pound them. Takes skill, strength and confidence. (skill and confidence come with practice). The HD mechanic I apprenticed under would swing a 16 lb sledge to remove and replace crown gear rivets while I held the punch a 1/4 inch from the $300 gear teeth (1970 $s).
@@wssides yikes, too close for me with 16lbs wielded by another… hahaha…
@@greggb1416 I was scared on the first set. a lot more trusting for later sets but always nervous.
@@wssides hahaha, I bet…
Use a spacer and washer with lug nut much easier
You’ve got a good man there, only thing I’d have done different when replacing the studs, would I’d get them in a bit, the use a nut and spacer to bring them in the rest of the way, and. It wear myself out with swinging a hammer, but I’m a tad older than he is 😂, after swinging that hammer like that, I’d be done for the day
apparently the rears were updated according to the pilot hubs and the sound of the automatic slack adjusters. sure like that '77 ,i had a '72 w900 dump years ago. cool classics. love the channel, stay safe. brad from fla.
Your husband had me 😬😬😬 for a few min on hammering in new studs with his leg/knee right in the past of if he missed he be in so pain. He slipped a few times but caught on. Been there before not thinking and the pain of like hitting your funny bone feeling but 10 times that and lipping for days 😉
Linda commented about the truck was upgraded to piloted hubs and the video while being very good didn't show enough detail on how the rims fit the shoulder. Some piloted hubs were not compatible with Alcoa rims. The shoulder wasn't long enough for the thicker wheel flanges. I'm sure Bobby checked this.
awesome job on the wheel seals, love your leather jacket too btw
Love the videos. I admire you for what you've been able to accomplish. You're a beautiful young lady. What kind of air compressor does Bobby have ? Stay safe.
Great video Daum!! Bobby does a great job wrenching on the trucks, his knowledge and experience shine through! Love the music too, what shall we do with a drunken sailor? Perfect 😊😊🤣🤣
How do you go about inspecting your used trucks to evaluate if it’s a good option knowing you will have some mechanical issues and updating? Do you want those expenses to be under a certain amount? Thanks for any insight. Looking at this type of business and your videos have helped a lot.
Amazing how a “new” set of aluminum wheels can make a world of difference in how it looks. And you were right the first time, Bobby installed new wheel seals.
😍😍😍
