Do I need to take another TT shot now? I dont know about my childhood vaccine then, I got only TT shot everytime I got injured a years ago. Thanks for answering and help me.

Dear sir I got tetanus booster vaccine 3 months ago. Today I poked myself with scissors with which I was shaping my flowers in the garden and there was old soil on them. The poke was not big cause there was not blood and hydrogen peroxide didn't make reaction with puncture wound. Should I get immunoglobulin or not because I am on blood thinners (lovenox)? Does booster dose protect me now?

No. You need not to get tetanus shot now. You are safe for at least 4.5 years more. Just wash the wound in proper way and apply some antiseptic cream on the wound.
Hello doctor..I had a very minor cut with a rusty metal got two drops of blood from my finger on Jan 1 this year.. immediately I washed it with a soap and applied tincture and then I cleaned it then covered it with a medical hansaplast after 2 days my cut was healed from but past 2 days I am getting lite fever followed by body pain but no jaw pain..no vomiting/diarrhoea.. I took some antibiotics but I googled it symptoms but Google showing me possible infection of tetanus..I didn't took tetanus shot in my life.. 7days passed after injury & injury healed completely but I'm not sure about infection do I need to worry please reply me

No need to get any tetanus injection now. The booster you received three months ago will protect you for the next 5 years at least.
