First off - who's loving the consistency?! Second, we're going to be implementing all your feedback so feel free to let us know what you like and don't like! TRAILER COMING SOON! Love you guys!
That flash from the previous scene doesnt mix well with the new scene. I used to HATE when it does that, especially after cutting out quite alot of footage, used to happen when i used the blur effect but just seems like the editor didnt run through the video to make sure the transition is smooth. You can still cut out the flashing on youtube studio with the cut option. Its very noticeable and ive had alot of frustration with that problem when editing my own videos.
Idk if it's the editing but that just random chopping points where it cuts back to another spot in the video is so annoying. I thought it was on purpose til it just happened way too much. Nice flip though I want to build a tiny home an it's gonna be like 450 sq and more expensive in the end than that. Got the land just literally got to do everything else 😅
This channel is great. I currently work in the RE industry in Southern California. Have been licensed almost 20 years. Flips are how we have made a majority of our money. Real Estate investing is a great idea. We have picked up houses recently for $350K and they resell for $500K Plus. Rehab work costs a chunk but you always come out ahead in the end.
Def worth it. Find beat up properties in a decent area, fix them up and re sell. Helps if you know someone who is an agent because they can hook you up before it goes on the market. We have a lot of investors always looking to purchase houses all cash and the second we put a house in the MLS we get tons of offers. Auctions are another good way to find rehabs as well. Also look into probate sales, those houses go to auction as well and you can find some really good deals.
i hate to be so critical because i'm a huge fan of Steven.. but without seeing any of the demo and work that your contractors do.. the whole video just reeked of college frat bros trying to fake it til you make it. i'm used to walking through houses with my mother-in-law and her contractor and there's a level of comfort that's instilled when doing it. I didn't really get that in this walkthrough and honestly, felt nervous that there would be shoddy work done (which we don't get to be proven wrong on w/o that footage).
I don't like house flipping. It's hard enough to get a house these days, but if you do, you are likely overpaying to a house flipper. These are good for entertainment, but it really does kick tge butt of a family trying to get an affordable house

Big editing issues in this video, flash frames throughout making the video annoyingly hard to watch once you notice it.

Can you start including the timeline as well? Length of time the project takes, length of time to sell, etc?
Loveeee these
