Where I live the police are highly understaffed and the response time is almost a full 15 minutes. Think about that for a second..a man is pointing a gun at you, you somehow distract him long enough to get a 911 call out, and they say “we’ll be there in 15 just sit tight.”

6:30… that one is just sad. Watching the person on the porch just watch as the car goes by is just depressing. I would have my phone out calling the police also taking photos of the license plate chasing that car if I need to. I do understand though how fight or flight would play a role in just standing there. Still so heartbreaking that (from my knowledge) no one or thing has been caught or brought to justice :(
