Please this setup is kind of confusing . Between the placement of oil separator is before or after gas compression. As the explanation from the video I can't see how oil can flow back ward after speration
The Refrigeration level can go down due to the following reason: - Because of leakage - Maintenance done on the system - Change of lube oil etc. Charging of Refrigerant is done at a charging point provided before the receiver.
Expansion valve is a throttling device which suddenly cools the refrigerant leading to icing in it's outlet. The vegetable room temperature is above the freezing point hence no icing in the evaporator.
It will be liquid+vapour mixture which than absorbs the surrounding heat in the evaporator and converts to superheated vapour before heading to compressor
Please refer to 5:12 min. As the liquid passes via evap, the the cool liquid refrigerant absrobs heat from the surrounding and resulting in converting into vapour.
@@karthicksuresh6962 it has to else liquid is uncompressible and it will damage the compressor. Throttle valve ensure adequate refrigerant is passed so that all of it can evaporate.

@@mridulvijaybabu457 The purpose of the external equalizer is to sense the pressure in the suction line at the bulb location and transmit it to the TEV diaphragm.

TEV is located outside the Cold storage rooms i.e. near evaporator. It is not located near the compressor, which is usually located in another room.
