Here at Land Rover Fort Lauderdale, our service technicians will put the bag which contains two of them in the center console storage. If you don’t see them there, check the original box that contained the Click & Go base. Or, they could be in the glovebox, depending on the store that you originally purchased from.
Good job Billie! You're an actor!
Thanks!
Where did the tool come from to remove the lock already on there?

What is the purpose of that hook being on there in the first place?
To hang a bag or purse on!
Hi, I bought a 2nd hand Discovery with the Click & Go base without the tool to remove it. How else I could remove it? Any suggestion?
Any Land Rover Centre will have them! Or, call our store tomorrow and we'd be happy to send you the tool.

Flawed design. Too thick so you are forced to have headrest too high. Should be half the thickness
I totally agree with you. Land Rover has now integrated the retainer directly in the back of the seat and is no longer fasten to the headrests.
Exactly! Thats the reason I no longer want them in my Landrover.
Hi, Where did you get the tool to remove the clips?
The tool is usually found in the upper or lower glovebox or center console. You can get the tool at any Land Rover parts department.
Is there any other tool one could use? I lost mine 😮
@@pkj6426 stop by your nearest Land Rover centre and ask one of the sales executives to assist.
I took mine out because I can’t find a good tablet holder to make it useful
Couldn't see anything with your hands in the way. Sorry. Not helpful at all.
Exactly ....hand right in the way...the telling us about a button in the front? Couldn't even point it out? Not helpful at all.
