Ok so I think I’m going to subscribe to your channel now 😂 after a couple of weeks or months
Hahaha join the movement lol 😆
Driven Hard you know why I love Range Rovers? They’re absolute beasts with massive road presence, unique styling and sophistication. Also premium vehicles that can go 95% of the places off-road without having to be rugged!
It’s an all-rounder.
I’d take Wranglers and other vehicles for off-road only purposes but you know having a vehicle that can do everything is always a blessing.
# Born in the wild, adapted to the city.
@@AdrianKurian I fully agree with EVERYTHING you just said 100%!!
Press and hold the tailgate and headlights button, and then it will go to the lowest suspension
Try press both the headlight and tailgate buttons simultaneously to lower suspension below normal. Loved your enthusiasm. I am wishing for a Range Rover sport. Reds an awesome color.
Use the key lock and trunk buttons to lower to access mode.
Great video! Had to try on my RRS 2020. Just found out you can completely lower suspension to “Access Height” by pressing and holding headlight and tailgate buttons. 😁✌🏽
It's a cool party trick, or I guess helpful if you tow
@@DrivenHard It sure is lol. Im thinking of installing tow hitch pretty soon. Do you know how to start vehicle with key fob?
I think you can only start it with the crappy app we have on our phones
Thank you so much. Didn’t know how to get this car down as the car was on the off road height. I have only had the car since last year 2020 May. The Manual is not explicit in saying it works faster with the engine on and obviously put the hazard light on. Can’t thank you enough will be subscribing.
I’m confused. Are you talking about in general or when outside of the car??
Love the people that don’t listen. He said it’s for trailers, but he’s using just for fun. Have you fun man.
If you’ve ever tried to hitch something it’s awesome to lift the car to the boat instead of crank it down by hand. Huge luxury.
Or maybe most Range Rover owner have slips.
You get it 😎
This is more effort then getting inside the car and doing it
100%. It’s designed for hitching a trailer before camera become so popular
This is used for jacking the car to change the tire which is why the hazards that are on. "Jack mode" . The front does not go as high but seems to lock while jacking the front to change the wheel.
It's actually used for hitching a trailer
@@DrivenHard Yep use it all the time on my Discovery 4 as well, to attach my trailer the jockey wheel is a bit long on my trailer so I have to put it into high to get the thing off the ground.
So if mine is on and running even with the flashers on, it only beeps to let me know the key fob is not in the car
Just saw on another video that the tailgate button will also drop it down!
Anything cool for the 2016 Range Rover hse?
Same model so it should also work for yours as well.
Honestly what a useless feature- so you have to get in the car and turn the hazards on first, so when you in the car why don't you just make the car go up/down instead of fiddling with the remote outside of the car.
It’s for towing relating things before tech and cameras become so good you don’t have to go outside. It’s outdated now
I just got a used 2017 range rover sport v6 3.0l supercharged hse I love my suv n iam giveing my brother my 2015 2.3 litter 4 cylinder ecoboost mustang he wants it I'll miss it but iam a tall guy n the suv fits me just right lol
It works but if i turn on the emergwncy lights i mind as well lower suspension from inside
It's for people who tow and need to adjust the height etc
I agree, the old ones you didn't have to turn on hazards. if I get in to do that...i mean....
@@DrivenHard Good video though. thanks for showing ppl, it's land rover that made it a little useless on the ones we have now.
@@jamiebarnett8092 agreed. I wish we could do more with our remotes in general
Thank you for the cool video I tried it works grest
Is it possible to turn the hazard lights from your key fob? Then this’d make a lot of sense
Nope it's not
Driven Hard oh nah 😑
@@DrivenHard my key fob of a 2015 model has the hazard function on the key fob!
@@DrivenHard I just checked your video again and see that your keyfob also has the hazard function - it is a red triangle so not that visible, but you have it.
@@martinblum9075 That sets the alarm off, it isn't to put the hazard lights on.
I will have to share this in my next Range Rover Sport video. Thank you for sharing!
Sweet man!!
This is also for jacking the vehicle, when changing a wheel, sonthe computer doesnt create a fault
Nope I don’t believe so. I change wheels just like any other car. The computer sorts it out once you turn it back on and go for a drive.
Can you drive your Range Rover in town or in the free way while your suspension is being raised or lowered?
its not good for it at all, since the camber changes on the tires
I saw another video that showed, if you use the headlight and trunk buttons together, it lowers to access mode. You may want to test that. If it works then you can change flats instead of have it towed in for service.
How do you lock the stay off the road all the time. Every time I start to driving on off road mode after while on the road goes to normal height. I need a info pls thanks
You can’t. Off road height will automatically lower after 50kph. There is zero reason to drive around in off road height at that speed. All you are doing is wearing out components prematurely
Driven Hard I appreciate it
Tailgate and headlight gets you to lower than normal
Love my 2019 RR
I'm defiantly trying that, just for the hell of it!
Can i choose the heiger or lower by press the keyfob for riding?
No. This is just for adjusting the back when hitching a trailer etc
What is the lowest Hight for interstate diving?
Normal mode. Why would you want to go lower then that?? The ride would be horrible
Pre-facelift aswell?
yes, this as been around for a while now, even the older gens.
Can you drive in access height? Or is regular height the lowest while driving?
No, horrible idea. Regular is the lowest for driving at speed.
that’s so cool! thanks!
Is this feature only on the sport we have a 2022 evoque
It’s a towing feature for back in the day before cameras were common. So not sure if it’s on the small Landys
Can I drive it while it’s at the highest suspension?
Yes
IkeliaH, a hot mama like you can do whatever she wants.
Awesome 👏
Starts at 50 seconds
I love that
Is this feature available on range rover velar
I'm not really sure
@@DrivenHard oh ok
It is
Just tried it on the Velar 2020 and it does go up :)
Oh this guys got money money… Rofl.. know it from the color matched steering wheel #autobiography no?
Color matched steering wheel? Nope. Just the one that comes in the Autobiography. Relax bro it's only a $100,000 car, I aint rich by any means 🙄
It's not a truck !!
It’s not 🤔😂
