It is better to use glass containers...no need of buying any...you can use old jam or pickle bottles after cleaning and drying them thoroughly....I have been storing garlic this way and it stays fresh for months
buy a container of peeled garlic from the Asian Food Mart nearby and even if I never open it, within a few days it has started to turn fuzzy and moldy. EVERYTIME. It comes in a plastic contaiener with a tight fitting lid and i put it right into the fridge, so it's not contaminated from my home. I don't add extra moisture or anything. I never even opened the last container i bought a week ago and I see so much white fuzzy inside! I am thinking I need to take them out and disinfect them after I buy them to keep them from molding. I like your idea of chopping it all up. Id be afraid it would make it mold faster but I guess the oil keeps it safe? I am from United States.
Thanks for watching Kitchen Revelations . ...yes I have been using it... oil keeps it safe...please do try and share feedback. If possible do share with your friends and family this video. Thanks once again
