    I would like to see a time-lapse video of that dry agin process. 1 steak, 1 camera, 1 frame per day, and time-lapse it. That would be AWESOME!

      35 days would go by in maybe a second that way (depending on the framerate film rate). You'd need to calculate the # of frames based on how long you want the video to be.

      Kroger and Brookshires have a weekly sale on steak that changes every Tuesday. Last week it was Choice NY Strip for $5.99/lb. This week it’s Choice T-Bone for $5.77/lb. I have the butcher cut me 20lbs of it in 2” steaks. You can get awesome meat for cheap. The strip was so tender it was almost like Prime Filet.

      I bet Guga could use all these expensive meats and successful experiments and his classic Guga steaks and side dishes and run a charity benefit where they sell plates for a bunch of money and all the money goes to some charity, maybe something about sending unerprivelaged chefs to culinary school.

    Hey Guga! So that restaurant Mu Ramen isn’t really a fancy fine dining restaurant, they specialized in different ramens and japansen cuisine. However, due to the covid pandemic they were forced to shut down and no longer in business :( 😭

    Do you think using a dry aged steak in a water aged experiment or vice versa could be worth it? Curious if using both methods instead of just one would create a superior steak.
