Does it only work with Apple CarPlay or can it be used for Android Auto as well?

Mine is the Mk7 (not 7.5). It’s a 2017

yeah, i noticed that - i still have no complaints - my unit works amazingly. Most of the negative comments seem to be about compatibility with other makes and models.
There are a ton of other great options as well.
