Ingredient 配方：
Cake 蛋糕
Egg 鸡蛋 (Room temperature 室温) : 2
Cake Flour 底筋面粉 : 100g
Unsalted Butter 无盐牛油 : 80g
Icing Sugar 糖粉 : 70g
Baking Powder 泡打粉 : 2g
Salt 盐 : 2g
Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 : 25g
Lemon Peel 柠檬皮 : 1
Lemon Syrup 柠檬糖浆
Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 : 25g
Water 水 : 25g
Rum 朗姆酒 : 10g
糖 Sugar : 115g
Lemon Glaze 柠檬糖霜
Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 : 15g
Icing Sugar 糖粉 : 80g
Tips:
*Must use egg in room temperature
*Must mix the egg with butter very gradually
*Brush the cake syrup when cake and syrup still warm
*It would be taste sweeter with syrup and glaze
*必须使用室温蛋
*蛋液必须分多次加入牛油中，混合后才继续加入混合
*不喜欢甜的可以省略糖浆和糖霜
*趁热刷上糖浆
