He really is the world's greatest actor. In history no actor has ever put this much effort into their career. He's been one of my favorite actors for a long time, and it's good to see that the media lost their battle with trying to constantly attack and slander his name. You can tell Tom doesn't take anything for granted. He made his dream come true and is so amazing at it. His movies are so exciting to watch. Listening to him talk you can tell how grateful he is for everything he has. Such a humble person. Too bad more actors weren't like him.

I am approaching my fifties and if I think about risk and danger for a moment, it's almost as if I became gradually allergic over my fourties. Tom Cruise is made so different. He is such an absolute athlete to do what he's doing at his age, this really is mission impossible to do all he's doing, and doing it so perfectly, honestly. I truly have infinite admiration for Tom Cruise.
Tom cruise and keannu reeves are both so down to earth, and such nice people to be around. Harrison Ford is another relaxed star, that doesn’t follow the bling mentality, also denzel and Morgan Freeman. These actors are respected for who they are and not just what they do.

I don't think Tom is down to earth at all. I hugely admire him as an actor and film-maker. Probably the best there is, but personally? Nope. Not a nice person at all unfortunately. What you see in interviews is him acting imo. Ex scientologists will tell you the real truth from behind closed doors.

Tom gets so much hate that it's unreal. By far a king of the action genre, and guess what? He actually does his own stunts, AND cares about the movie's performance! He will forever be highly admired by me.
What he does behind closed doors and his "personal life" is a separate issue. That being said, when he shows up on set and the work he does before he get on the set is truly legendary.

A living legend!!! I remember going to theatre to watch Maverick without any expectations, it just blew my mind!!! Tom Cruise is one of the very, very few actors who knows what the audience wants and delivers beyond their expectations. He just gets better with every movie.

This was one of the most interesting Tom Cruise interviews I've ever seen him do. I enjoyed all the details behind the stunts he's done. And even though I rarely see Tom's films, may I say "Top Gun Maverick" was hands down one of the best action films and deserved an Oscar. Incredible film!!
It is so brilliant to see that all the panelists were so engaging and complementing each other during the entire interview that it made me feel that Tom Cruise got comfortable and also enjoyed being interviewed. Kudos to them. Tom Cruise will be the last quality action hero of my generation, I guess. Love the interview and enjoyed the way they questioned and participated in it as well.
The guy has earned the title of "legend". Like him or don't, he is undeniably driven to make the most entertaining films he can. After watching something like "Extraction 2", where the relentless CGI takes me out of the moment, I love seeing Tom do Tom stuff.
Wow...look how real he is and how much love he has for his craft AND his fans! He absolutely gets it! Even if the audience doesn't know all the effort he puts into his films, they can feel it... Can not be faked! He's the GOAT!

I believe he did have a stunt double for part of that MI2 rock climb. But he appears to be doing everything himself since then.
Movies that make you forget your problems in life for a few hours. An action pack sit on the edge of your seat movies are what have been missing. Tom Cruise brings that experience back.

I try to separate the artist from the art whenever I can, but when it comes to Tom Cruise the artist is the art. The way he conducts himself and promotes his movies for everyone drives me to want to support his art. Unlike so many actors/creators today that make the movie all about them, Tom seems to genuinely care about making movies for everyone to enjoy. It is so refreshing to see someone excited about what they're doing and focused on entertaining, not preaching.

Great passion for his movies and it 100% shows in the quality he gives us. Excitement, Sound, Pace, Visuals, Emotions, Characters. i mean it is the complete package. This movie had my heart pounding and holding my breath, over and over. I work in the film industry as a Script Supervisor and thus do not find it easy to suspend disbelief at all. Not this time. Tom Cruise is one of a kind. He is fearless. I fear he will die one day doing a stunt; he pushes the envelope waaaay beyond time after time and I hope, sincerely, that one day it isn't too far.

I love watching him on any screen.He's the ultimate professional, he seems to just live to soak up knowledge and learn everything he can. He just seems fearless and has the willingness to try anything. I've been afraid to try new things my whole life.
It really helps to be the producer of a movie, in being able to get stunt people willing to help you do an extreme stunt. As well as he is highly trained himself.
Normally a producer would be like, no Tom we can't allow you to do that.

He does all his own stunts and has learned stunt helicopters, planes, motorbikes, cars, sky diving and base jumping ,climbing and he held his breath for over 5 minutes for the Mummy movie.
