029 Seyun Patata Sweet Vermicelli with Fry Potatos jks Kitchen
Ingredients :
1 cup vermicelli roasted
1 tbsp Ghee/oil
½ cup sugar
¾ th cup water
2 whole green cardamoms
chopped nuts for garnishing
Method:
Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed or nonstick pan over medium heat for a few seconds,
Add cardamoms and the vermicelli and Stir it on low flame till golden brown.
add water and cook vermicelli on a medium to high flame, till water is 95% evaporated. Keep constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
Add sugar and Nuts Keep constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
put off the gas and cover it for 3 to 4 Minutes.
Garnish with chopped nuts. Serve hot with fried potatoes
