Great vlog, nice to get some on ride POVs. I wish Merlin would change their policies and allow that on all rides. Maybe one day. 🤞🤞

i hope they wont allow it...because it can be dangerous to make PoVs of rollercoasters, if you dont have a good equipment, especially on intens coasters, and coasters with inversions. Safety comes first.
@@KingJohnson1985 Most parks that Shawn is allowed to film at only allow chest mounted and wrist strapped Go-Pros. This isn't like people being allowed to film on any old camera or mobile phone. These Go-Pros are strapped to his body and are very safe, they can't hurt anyone.

@@KingJohnson1985 Wow, there's no need to be rude. Your comment is pointless too because no parks that allow on ride filming allow equipment that isn't professional and it would be the same if Merlin allowed on ride filming. 🤷

I found it very funny when Charlotte screamed and moaned on the ride at 8:12. 8:14. 8:17. 8:19. 8:21. 9:19. 10:21. 10:25. 10:29. 10:46. 10:56. 10:59
they got same ride at Fantasy island in Ingoldmels(skegness) also called Magic Shaun
10:47 looks like a fun ride and you dont get soaking wet like Tidal Wave at Thorpe Park thats just crazy how wet you get, we were dripping wet through, its a good job we wore out water shoes and brought spare clothes

Just a thought on the first clip from Colossos. Surely if a train gets left outside overnight they should have some covers over them to keep the seats dry 🤣

They do offer it however it wasn’t needed this trip

So, from what I can tell the removed rides from the Mexicana section were a Huss Enterprise, Huss Top Spin, Huss Flipper and a Round Up by Heinz Fahtz. Proper Huss Flat ride corner! As the current Breakdance and Magic are also Huss rides 😮
There are loads of flat rides that have been removed from the park over time though, including a Huss Condor, Huss Rainbow, a Mack Trabant, a Schwarzkopf Polyp, etc. They really did love Huss rides, but suppose they were made domestically?! 😅
They have removed quite a few flats, however the park does still have a nice selection!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide oh yes, absolutely. Definitely more than Alton Towers! It looks like a fully rounded out park, with plenty of attractions for the whole family. Definitely one of Merlin’s best theme parks currently.
The next big investment is next year 👀

48:54 I agree that TIME isn't a bad show, but especially considering you dislike recent Phantasialand shows ("A Golden Thread" for example) which in my opinion is objectively better, because it includes bigger stunts and better costumes, I find it weird that you praise it like that. Or was it only good compared to other Merlin shows?
We the theme of this show and also the acrobats were nicely presented too. The storyline was also easy to follow for international guests!
What i don't understand (and maybe someone can answer this question for me) is that why would Merlin Entertainments at Heide Park leave there water Rapids ride running on full pelt.
And yet at the same time completely turning down the Rapids ride at Alton Towers.
I understand it's for Health and safety at Alton Towers in England, but surely that would also apply to Heide Park in Germany since they are both owned by the same company.
I don't get it.
Heide Park is a very well maintained & looked after theme park.
And yet in past Alton Towers was very badly neglected for many years.
What the hell is going with the company Merlin Entertainments Group.
We had a great couple of days here and love the variety of attractions
