- A sci-fi drama based on a collection of short stories by award- winning author Kenneth Liu, this thrilling speculative narrative is centred on a bullied teen (Katie Chang) who receives mysterious help from someone online - her recently deceased father, David (Daniel Dae Kim). He is the first of a new kind of being - an “Uploaded Intelligence” or “UI” - but he will not be the last, as a global conspiracy unfolds that threatens to trigger a new kind of world war.
Creator of this groundbreaking animated work is CRAIG SILVERSTEIN (Turn; Nikita), who also takes on duties as writer, showrunner and EP. The veteran Hollywood producer has brought on the cutting-edge animation house, Titmouse (Motorcity; Big Mouth; Mike Judge’s Beavis and Butt-Head) to craft the world of Pantheon.
Silverstein spoke with SCREEN WATCHING's Simon Foster about the philosophical considerations of 'U.I' technology, merging the worlds of adult drama and animation and working remotely with the great William Hurt, on the late actor's final project...

this show was truly a gift
I just finished the series and I have to say it was absolutely sublime. It's infrequent - no rare - that I get such a feeling of wonderment and satisfaction from a movie/TV series (The Matrix was one of them) and I feel like this production hit on so many levels. Thanks to the entire team for delivering a superb vision.

Its a shame this show got next to no advertising, the whole thing is released on Amazon now, 2 seasons with a solid end, and i think its one of the better western animation series i've ever seen. Stupid business deals got in the way of art, once again.
Just finished season 2, that was so good
i think the animation is better for these kind of shows live action would just limit it. Craig this was a beautiful show. One of my top 5 favorite of all time because of the music, animation, story and more. If you make more i will watch them

Can anyone please recommend mopre hidden gems like this, absolutely no one can match a 100 like Pantheon but I would like myself a 90 or 95. P.S I think Blue Eye samurai is 90 totally different but storytelling execution everything is on point. Thanks
