Whoa, cool to see this video blowing up again! BUT a lot has changed since I made it, the show is no longer available on AMC+, BUT Seasons 1 and 2 were released on Amazon Prime in New Zealand and Australia. We’re still waiting on a service to carry the show in the US, which I expect will happen before too long! But do not sign up for AMC+ expecting to be able to see it. Fuck those guys.

Watched it. In my view this is the second matrix trilogy and exposed alot of truth. From vaxx, the wars etc.
It’s really good work, be proud, it’s great to get content that has a modern viewpoint with being woke or uptight, just spot on. Love the emojicon even though I don’t get half of them it’s Brilliantly now.
S2 was amazing. You should make an update video. Even if you haven't seen s2, it would be helpful to get the word out about it. I barely saw any advertisement.
Also, for anyone wondering, s2 is basically the ending. Everything is wrapped up. Glad the creators were able to make a mostly satisfying (if a bit confusing) ending.

I saw plenty of ads on facebook. It's just that it's on AMC. I got netflix and amazon, and share hulu and disney.

I guess we can all thank out AI overlords, I mean the youtube algorithm, for putting this video in our recommendation feeds. Never would have I expected to see a well-produced animated series that has themes and concepts similar to Permutation City and Diaspora, which are pretty unique as far as sci-fi novels go.
Spent the last 6 hours watching Pantheon, I have many regrets but this is not one of them.

S2 was disappointing. One-dimensional characters, unmotivated plot, broken rules. Basically another series entirely

It's one of the few shows that has thrown me into a mild depression for a couple days upon completion. I immediately hopped back to s1e1 when I finished and rewatched the first season.

You know, for me it's kind of ironic that this show is called "Pantheon", because for the longest time after DC comics lost the rights to the name Captain Marvel to Marvel and started calling Billy Batson's superhero alter-ego Shazam (The word he says to transform, and the name of the wizard who gave him his powers), I was wondering why didn't they start calling him Pantheon. It made more since instead of his name being the word he says to transform because if people asked him what's his superhero name, and he said Shazam, he runs the risk of transforming without meaning to. Plus the fact that he literally gets his powers from a pantheon of legendary gods and heroes.
I watched your video a week ago then started watching the series yesterday and finished 2 seasons today and man was that the coolest thing I have seen in some time...I have watched soo many movies and TV shows that at this point there is almost nothing that I can't predict in a show or a movie scene but coming from that guy this show doesn't let you predict...Totally worth it..For the first time I am saying this for something " Criminally Underrated ". I am grateful to you for introducing me to this masterpiece. Thanks man

Yah I watched the first episode on Prime, and it seems perfect for me, but the AMC+ for more episodes is a deal breaker. Very unfortunate.

from the reviews I new this show was gunna be good, but I was not ready for how good, like so good it almost brought a tear to my eye on several occasions, and that takes dam good writing. And now it pains me no one else i know has ever even heard of this master piece of a show, let alone watched it.

So happy to see people talking about this! I was so excited to get my partner into it, it's just amazing! Also, in the later fight scenes, I almost saw it as a depiction of fighting in 4 dimensions, with them seeming to exist across an additional plane, extending between multiple locations.

I feel like I have to apologize. I know full well that every time I love a TV series it is the kiss of death, and it will be cancelled in short order. I saw the first two episodes and I carelessly let myself get enthusiastic about it, and I killed it. Once again I am sorry, and I will do my best to restrain my enthusiasm in the future for your viewing pleasure.
Pantheon has literally become my favorite show of all time. Maybe it's just because it involves a lot of concepts I work with, but I genuinely loved this show more than anything else I had ever seen.
Yeah I've seen pantheon and I can agree that it's a pretty great show, but it's crazy how the marketing has been so bad that us RUclipsrs basically have to do the marketing for whoever runs amc +,which is kinda sad Because pantheon deserves a larger audience and despite it getting a season 2 there's so much more they could explore with more time if you know what I mean

Him flying around in his chopper while the people of slums living next to his magnificent house was an accurate portrayal of the tech giant. The research team did their best job. i have never heard of this show before i saw it on a chinese pirate website, only saw a few clips from tiktok and forgot it. i never had any expectation from it and only watch it cuz im extremely bored. but after watching 2 seasons in 2 days, i can say it is one of the best show i have watched. so sad and a little bit glad that they barely got any attentions.

I just finished watching Season 1 of this. This is the best show no one is watching. When science fiction tries to hit both the head and the heart, it usually ends up landing much more on one than the other - this is one of the few that does both equally well. What a masterpiece.
One of the drawbacks of the era. A quality show can just languish in obscurity if no one pushes it. I didnt know about this show at all.
Finished it two weeks ago. Loved the story. Definitely excited to see animated shows with deeper, more intelligent, more sophisticated story lines. Worth a watch!

Smartest science fiction show I’ve seen in a long time and great story. So AMC first doesn’t promote Pantheon and then AMC cancels it, after the second season is completed but no one has gotten to see it. But AMC can promote lots of Walking Dead garbage shows. Not sure what will happen to Pantheon, if anyone will ever get to watch it except on an anime website and if anyone will ever get to see the second season anywhere. Terrible outcome. If you ever get an opportunity to see this show, take that opportunity.
I heard something about studios canceling completed movies or series for tax reasons. Some accounting wizards can get something out of writing of a show as complete loss. The problem is if they do so, then there is zero chance for audience to see it ever.
Heard it happened to some movie and that someone had the balls to leak the whole movie to the internet. Not much hum about it on YT because the studio nukes everyone who mentions it.
I just finished watching Pantheon season 2 on Prime (only available in Australia or through the use of a VPN) and in my mind doesn’t miss a beat given the gap left by the ending of season 1 here in North America. It’s worth your time revisiting.

Same and same. I'm one episode away from finishing and holy crap... this show. It made me FEEL things again, awe, depression, elation, anxiety, excitement, just all the maximum feels. Been a while since I was this inexorably riveted by a story (and I'm viciously picky with the shows/movies I give my time to).

I would definitely need to see the full list of all of these cancelled animation projects. I’m betting I’ve watched some of them as well as others that have even yet to be released. It’s probably horrific to see. I have no idea why they’ve done this when demand is just increasing and many people want to work on these projects, but they were dumped for the sake of more possible live-action generic rubbish.

So, I, like many here, just got wind of this two weeks ago, and oh my god... what a show. Praise the algorithm for dropping this on me. I am very VERY picky with the shows I choose to give my time to, and even pickier with my recommendations. Maybe it's elitist, but for me, I am only in the market for what I call "S Class" shows. And Pantheon has made the list. I just finished it and... I am almost beyond words. For the later half of S1 and nearly all of S2, my jaw was on my clavicle at the end of each episode. It has been a while since I've been this invested and riveted to a show's plot, characters, and script. I basically felt the entire spectrum of genuine elation, panic, anxiety, depression, awe, and anger. I loved basically every drop of this. Even though it was only two seasons, and maybe a bit crammed at the end, I don't care; we got a satisfying full story arc that needs no continuation.

I stumbled on it last month scrolling prime. Incredible show with such little exposure! Spread the good word and demand more of this kind of quality from studios. Honestly one of the best 1st season anime i've ever watched.

Season 2 dropped. I’m treasuring each episode. Not that much mature animation out there so I truly value the meager number of shows on the quality level of an invincible or pantheon
This is the most responsibly written shows I've ever seen. Every opportunity in the show where a character can say too much, or be too clever is cleanly and deftly avoided.

While I'm in early, it might not be your vibe, but I think Kid Cudi's animated short film Entergalactic is a must watch. Its like Into the Spiderverse animation crossed with a very New York love story. 100% recommend

I watched the whole show in a couple of days and I feel so empty now that I finished it and found out season 2 is just in Limbo. It was amazing and I really enjoyed it a lot. Hopefully someones picks up season 2.
