There's a serious flaw in Certiport's software. If you complete one of their exams online, you'll get a chance to send feedback regarding the exam's questions. If you log off at that point, then you will not receive a score. Not only that, but the exam proctor will have to reschedule your exam, which you will need to restart from the very beginning. However, the proctor won't reschedule your exam, because they assume you're a cheat who dropped out of the exam hoping to get a few extra days to study.
Great question, Hanis! If you're taking your exam through the Exams from Home platform, you do not need to have Office installed on your computer. However, if you're taking the exam through a Certiport Authorized Testing Center, Office needs to be installed.
