"Sound is the colour I know" this line always get me
Beirut is on a whole different league than most bands
His voice is always perfect.
This song elicits a true sadness. Anyone else?
Great song, great album, great band.
i just love this song so much.
Glad I could help. Trumpet's a great instrument, and Beirut is a great band. I hope you enjoy playing trumpet as much as I have.
I have a trumpet being delivered this week, its because of this band and this song in particular that made me get 1,I cant thank you enough for this comment!
Have you learned many Beirut tunes on your instrument 10 years on?
"Sound will bring me home again" - too true!
I'm happy this doesn't have any dislikes. Only lovers in here.
Awesomeness, that's all there is to say about this!
love!!!
it's actually my fave album out of all their albums. esp love rip tide the song. sth abt it...
Wonderful !
ellos jamas recibirán una critica porque son perfectos
I dislike the disliker so much it hurts.
Love Kelly Pratt's bounce at @0:04 gets me every time
Where have they been my whole life?
I love Zach, I love Beirut
Wow!
No this actually IS a rotary valve trumpet. Flugels have a much larger bells.
❤️
My mouse is tapping along to the rhythm of this song
OH SOUND NA NA tututururtututu
those backing vox!!
If you think the music today sucks, it's only because you're looking in the wrong places
(For Bb Trumpet)
C# B A G# F# C# B E C# G# F#
thats a while, so at this point you had been developing listening skills, i really dont understand why you can not identify the tone, not the notes, the melody tone.
thus you can aproximetly transpose or not the the tonic note and it scale whether you play G or F clef
What tone is the song written in?
D?
eusttak G major, but there are D chords in it.
its difficult for those people that arent involved with music to ditiguish a trumpet from a flugelhorn,so its hard for a musician to explain to audience something that they'll never understand. get it?
No you are wrong, it resembles a trompet but is not, it is not even considered like a trumpet family instrument but horns family. thats why it is called flugelHORN
Thast not a trumpet its called Flugelhorn
Rubbish repetitive lyrics. Feel sorry for those who enjoys singing it.
Wonderful !
