- With 12.1 Tflop of graphical performance, the series X is the most powerful 9th generation home console by a fair margin, however if you have a high end PC, and all Xbox games are playable on Windows computers, the PlayStation 5, switch OLED, Valve Steam Deck, or Series S make more sense to purchase. I will cover some of the similarities and differences between the $300 series S, and who I think the series X is right for.

It never crossed my mind to ever buy a xbox. Got the ps5 on release, owned all since playstation 1. Even at the xbox series x release I had no interest. But I just realized the xbox series x is something really different (in my opinion). Bought it 2 weeks ago and Iam loving it. Gamepass was a big motivator also tbh.
I grew up both consoles, I have always preferred Xbox since the OG Xbox and ps2 era, I recover a ps5 it’s outstanding don’t get me wrong but damn I wish I would have gotten a SERIES X🤦🏼♂️
Congrats, i had Playstation in the past like the first ones. But since i got the xbox 360, i stick with them. The Series X is amazing

I gotta say some games look better on the ps5 tho then on the xbox. Like hitman, DBD, Cyberpunk. I tried these 3 games out. Maybe Iam biased, and my mind was playing mindtricks, but the ps5 has a slight edge graphics wise in my opinion.

I had a choice between A series x and a PS5 and I went with xbox because they were pushing gamepass vs sony which was trying to normalize $70 fan games on release. I voted with my wallet and was pleasantly surprised

imho Xbox had stronger MS exclusives than Sony in 2021 and 2022 is looking just as good. When you factor in GamePass its just a complete no brainier if you only want one. Only game I will miss on the PS side is HZD2, but that's not enough to encourage me to buy a PS. ill just hang out for it to come to PC :P
In case you still didn't know VRR has nothing to do with resolution. It communicates with a VRR monitor to maintain the same refresh rate during gameplay. Games have stutter when the refresh rate of the monitor or TV (usually 60 Hz) is not divisible by the frame rate of the game (usually between 30 and 60 fps). Essentially, VRR tries to eliminate noticeable frame rate drops when the hardware can't handle a particular scene.
This is the first video I've watched by this guy and that's a bad look. It literally says Variable Refresh Rate in the name... How does he not do any research before filming videos? Also he said High Speed HDMI cable, it actually uses an Ultra High Speed HDMI cable, 18gbps vs 48gbps.

@@chriswright8074 Freesync Premium is just AMDs proprietary version of VRR. Nvidia has Gsync. XBox One and Series consoles both support Freesync and open source VRR.
I was one of the lucky ones to get a Series X at launch for retail and I agree 100% with you that it’s a beast. I’m very happy to have it over a PS5 for all the reasons you said plus the black looks so good on my black glassed tv stand

Man I hope you have an excellent security system. That home of yours truly is gaming heaven. Be careful man... I have a series x and a switch OLED and very happy. All of the gen 9 consoles are honestly just amazing folks. Ive been around since the Atari 2600. You can't go wrong with any of them.
I’ve been lucky enough to own all the consoles. I’m happy with Xbox and the accessibility options. Hopefully PlayStation continues the PC route. I’ve only played console exclusives on my PS5. For 2021, I bought Returnal and RNC. For 2022, I’ll just wait until the majority of the games go on sale or come to PC. PS5 will probably be the last PlayStation I own.
I’m still going to continue buying PlayStation, and for me my PS5 is the go to. As of now, PlayStation exclusives are taking forever to come out and I already called up two Target’s which have a Series X in stock. I’m heading there tomorrow morning and picking one up. As a college student, I’ve always wanted to own both consoles and now I’m excited and fortunate enough to be able to do so. Watched Halo but never played a game, even when I owned a 360, and with a busy schedule it looks like I got a while before I finish playing through all the story!
Yeah my ps5 is my exclusives have gone on sale machine. Pretty mad about the price bump, so I just don't buy them..I went from buying all my third party games on ps now I buy them on Xbox and PC. I've made it a personal point to give Sony as little money as possible this gen. There are plenty of games to keep me busy on my computer and series x while I wait on playstation exclusives to drop in price.
Plus my ps5 controller works with the computer and any PS5 game that comes to PC I can buy a key for at a discounted price. I haven't bought a 70$ game yet and I don't see that changing.
You can also buy accounts online with PS5 games on them. When you log the account in you get the game on your main account, so you'll get the trophies. Got returnal for 35$ and demon souls 40$ definitely going to continue voting with my wallet with the 70$
They said the digital game revolution would drop the prices of games yet they've only gotten higher.
You can see the unreal engine five tech demos showing making games is getting easier, but they're going to tell you it's much harder and much more expensive it's a bunch of bullshit..
I have a pretty good PC setup (5800x, 6800xt) but the series X was a no brainer because my wife is a gamer and you can't really play split screen games anymore. When we got the series X it was a sleight upgrade over my first PC (3800x, 5700xt) but we have been happy with our PC/XSX setup no matter the config. I just can't get over how much value we get out of Game Pass Ultimate. I want a ps5 for the exclusives but we are going to wait for the upcoming Marvel games before we drop another few hundred into our battlestation. I'm really excited for the Steamdeck, I have so many smaller Steam and EGS games that I have bought or received with humble monthly that get overlooked for newer prettier games when I'm at home.
got my series X yesterday. Along with a iphone 13 pro max. i cannot wait to unbox the console and might have to record it because that is something that doesnt happen often is a new console. (i still had the launch day xbox one)

While I love all 3 systems Ps5, SX, oled Switch I’ve been playing the series x more than the rest and I think that all comes down to Forza Horizon 5 man what a great game. This is the first generation where I don’t mind playing on console over pc. And my lg cx oled looks much better than my alienware 3440x1440 120hz gsync display. My pc is more powerful than the consoles 5950x, 32gb’s 3600mhz cl14 ram, strix 2080ti, hell I tried for 8 months to buy a 6900xt or 3080ti/90 but have gave up I’m just gonna wait for 4000 from nvidia or 7000 from amd. I don’t think you can go wrong with PlayStation or Xbox this generation and I fill the switch is a companion console. I would hate it if it was the only console I owned. And I pretty much play it in handheld mode its so much more impressive that way. It just doesn’t look that good on my 4k tv. And I hate digital games so much it’s just a very long rental and have been buying most games for ps5 or sx lately.
And the dual sense makes story games insanley immersive.
correction, most 120fps games on series x are running from 1080p-1440p there are very few 4k 120 games
I had always considered the XBox but never owned one until I saw the Series S. The previous consoles looked too big for my budget. I have had a PS4 though didn’t keep it. It didn’t work for my needs. I’m happy with my purchase and am enjoying it.
I get the tradition of an upgraded OS, but I say if it isn't broken, don't fix it. You're only gonna disappoint as many who like it the way it is. Xbox is always updating it anyhow.
And 8 more Teraflops of GPU power. That with the added storage is far more worth the extra $220 than an SSD card for a Series S.

I went for an Xbox x for my first time it cost me 600$ with an extra controller... The ps5 was 810$ on GameStop with 3 games and an extra controller... But u still need to buy more storage..
It all just depends on what you're into.
Personally, I'm not into online FPS games or racing games. I'm more methodical and take my time with games. Not really online much. I like the gimmicky ps5 controller too. The real clincher for me though it's VR. XBox just doesn't have it, so there's really no other option unless I want a big PC setup.

I have own PlayStation since I was a kid until ps4 but I buy a Xbox X and it’s have change my life on gaming I really love it it’s a really good console but I’m gonna buy a ps5 to cuz come on it’s in my childhood and I really love ps5 and I wan to have my collection of console , I really recommend Xbox X
The feature that I love the most on my series X is quite simply "quick resume". Absolutely amazing to be dropped back into the game in 2 to 5 seconds, as if you never left.
Just the other day I booted up a game I hadn't played in over 2 months. Boom! In 3 seconds, I was right back where I left off. It perhaps sounds silly, but there is something incredibly satisfactory about that......
I've owned PlayStation and Xbox in the past and I have enjoyed both systems throughout the years. Though I would have to say Xbox series X with game pass is a game changer. During my Playstation 3 and 4 days I have 11 games that I spent a lot of money on that were stinkers that I played less than 2 hours on. If I had to guess that's somewhere around $500 in games that I didn't even play because the game sucked. Boy when you think about that that's like two and a half years of game pass.
Had my Series X since 2020 and I love it. Been playing Forza Horizon 5 and the graphics and quality are amazing.
Had a Series X since launch, it's still awesome and Game Pass is stunning value.
I have a decent PC and a Series X, and I'm finding myself using the console more often through the constant Covid lockdowns. Not only is it more comforting playing on the couch, but all the 360 titles that aren't on PC GamePass have been really hitting my nostalgic bone. On top of that, it's pretty brilliant how well the Xbox syncs with the Xbox service on my PC. As a PS4 user, I totally understand the model MS are going for, and it only benefits everyone. What is the down side there? I think Sony fans only criticize it because they feel the need to validate themselves. Only Sony fans seem to get angry at the prospects of their exclusives coming to PC. Like, everyone wins here lol. Bunch of brand worshipping masochists I say XD
Personally, I am adverse to subscription services. Take Sony's PSNow for example, it has more games than any other sub by a huge margin but there is simply no way to extract the value from it because no one can play 1000 games. I can't even get through the PSPlus backlog I have. So to me, its just a waste of money. I would rather pay $70 for a couple of games I'm actually gonna play, and then get the rest on sale. When I took a look at how many games I play vs what I am spending, I am acutally saving money by being practical about what I can actually play as an adult with a job and responsibilities. Therefore, the subs aren't really a deal. Its an illusion. It is a just another reoccuring bill dressed up as a deal. Now we are seeing EVERY friggin big publisher start their own Subscription. At this pace, if you get all ot them you are looking at like $500 a year for a catalog of game you can't possibly enjoy.
@@mitchelljenkins4815 or you can pay less than $10/month (gold to ultimate conversion) and automatically play every first party release and whatever other deals Microsoft cuts with 3rd parties all for less than buying two games. Gamepass and the PS equivalent aren't even close.
Now if PS copies the model exactly (includes their big ticket releases) then watch out. They will eventually.
I would've bought Halo, Forza, back 4 blood and a few others this year. With PS, that would've been over 200 (140 for 2, Xbox 60 for 2).. instead I paid way less and played a lot more games on top of those. It's not an illusion, it's an amazing deal. You'll be thrilled when PS eventually does it and you see the cost value.

But to comment on the idea that Sony is gonna do the same... there is one thing you are not accounting for. Its sales. We just found out that even Days Gone sold like 8 million units. Thats just too massive for Sony to give up, and its redicilous for us to expect Sony to want to make less money. Thats not how companies work. If its profitable for Microsoft then sure they should prusue it but Sony is releasing multiple games that are selling 20 million copies a piece. Trying to force Sony into Microsoft box is unfair and it ignores the realities of these individual companies' individual situations.

In a similar situation! I have a fairly high end rig and often times have been resorting to Xbox Series X simply because of the convenience element. The tighly integrated UI, GamePass, Back Compat. And with the recent acquisition of Activision Blizzard it's solidifies my platform of gaming this generation.
You can have all the power you want but it doesn't equal great games, the PS5 and especially the Switch are less powerfull but have a far better library of 1st party games, lucky Xbox has Game Pass!

I had a PS5 day 1 and after being with Sony since the PS3 I realized that Playstation exclusives are just not it for my gaming preference... I'm a heavy FPS gamer and since Vanguard & BF2042 greatly disappointed me last month I put an ad up on FB marketplace looking for someone who wanted to switch 1 for 1 my PS5 for a Xbox Series X... I had a digital edition on top of that and within an hour it was a done deal... Been extremely happy ever since! Subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate (got a sick deal for 6 months through an online retailer) and been playing Halo ever since! Now Xbox being the HOME of COD and games like Crossfire X, Stalker & Starfield I've finally found my home 💚😁
Also comparing graphics with the PS5 on my 4k 120hz HDMI 2.1 gaming monitor the XSX blows it out of the water!

I've had it since Day 1. Maybe not immediately worth it but I'll just say that I'm glad I still have it. And the PS5 and the Switch. I like owning everything. Now I need to figure out a PC build which as a console peasant will be challenging to say the least 🙂

I have two pc’s at home with 3090s in them but still got a XSX recently, I just prefer the experience of console gaming. I pick up the controller and start playing, I don’t like needing to grab a keyboard and mouse first to launch a game before i can play it with a controller (I game from my couch I don’t like gaming behind my desk as that reminds me of work)
Great review but you got one thing wrong with Microsoft payment plan they do not add interest and if you add it up it comes to the regular cost maybe certain retailers add interest, but three friends got their Series X through the payment plan and no interest.

Well I decided to go with the series x because for one I'm not spending over a grand just to play games and I want the full power of the series x over the series s which I did have but sold and I play the series x more than I do my PS5 my PS5 has just been collecting dust to be honest.

series x can now load retroarch and emulators in retail mode so that alone will sell a lot to retro heads who don't want to risk bricking their ps4s or ps5 for worse get banned from Sony.

Went to my local Target for a Series S and walked out of there with a Series X because they randomly had one in stock. I don't think I could choose an S over an X after experiencing the performance and graphical power of an X. But tbh, I'm probably going to get an S to put in another room or take with me on trips.

I found one in my near phone store an Series X so i bought it for backward compatibilty so i can play everything & gamepass so i dont pay a lot for it plus its cheaper then ps5 but still an Series S is good too but the problem it dont have harddrive for discs

Nice , I purchased a series X at my local target store 2 days before Christmas , I was gift shopping for my kids trying to complete there wish list when I was about to check out at the electronic section I ask if they knew when they will have series X in stock and the guy told me they don’t have any they receive it at random times but luckily another employee was there over heard what I have ask and came up and said actually they might have one in the back that he would go check and behold he came back with the series X in his hands & said it was the last one they had I did not hesitate and bought it right away lol that was my first attempt buying it too. I also own P5 bought 3 of them at launch but I’ve been playing the series X more recently.

I got a Series X, Series S and a One S. There’s definitely a difference in performance and I say they are all worth having. I hope I can get a PS 5 (AD) soon.
It's obvious to me xbox doesnt care about their hardware anymore. Their antiquated controllers break constantly, Green Screen of Death, inferior compression, lack of wifi 6 support, no USB C, the Series S 30fps norm, half-baked quick resume, the horrible xbox headset, loud cheap buttons on the controller, lack of VR support. They are committed to the gamepass service & xcloud, so why invest in quality hardware?
The biggest argument I have for sticking with disposable/rechargeable non-built in batteries is well......exactly that.
You'll never have to worry about spending another $60-$70 for a new controller or voiding your warranty by opening one up to replace the internal battery.
I don't get why people still throw shade at Xbox for offering options.
Also, excuse me for still living in 2014, but why the FUCK did they remove the Optical Audio Input?!
Lastly, I always tell people: "If you want phenomenal single-player, go Playstation. If you want the best Multiplayer on the market, go Xbox."
Ya, I see no reason to own an Xbox. I have a PS5 and I have a gaming laptop that is comparable to what a Series X is capable of, and If I want to play on my monitor/TV, I can do that via HMDI. Plus it's portable, so I can just take my wireless connected PS4 controller with me and play any Microsoft game anywhere. I'm just still waiting on a Microsoft exclusive I even care about, but now that they bought Bethesda/Obsidian those days will come, eventually.
Sony is going to have to do a gamepass if they're going to survive this gen. I got the series x last month and it's ruining my life. Guardians of the Galaxy is coming to gamepass. I own it already. Best game ever. Now everyone will see the light.
If you have, and like playing on, a PC then you don't need an Xbox. I have a solid PC for work but I don't like PC gaming in the slightest and have always had console. PlayStation, outside of Horizon and Spiderman, doesn't nothing for me and gamepass is amazing, so I'm loving my Xbox.
Some of us don't have mad expensive gaming computers so the series s and x are perfect 👌 😀

The bundle’s payment plans that xbox has don’t have interest rates. You actually pay less through those plans than you would straight up buying the items in their plans.

Xbox series x is truly the best especially on multi platform games they run way better I have games on my PlayStation five and games on my Xbox series X just to test the difference on how they truly run on the online and off-line experience and graphics and everything and the games just run way better on the Xbox not only that the Xbox community is usually always better than the PlayStation community i’ve always noticed there is quite a few hackers on games on PlayStation and Xbox does not really allow it at all which I don’t like cheaters
The PS5 is really not as great as xbox series X you can love the PS5 more then the xbox series X and be a console fan instead of being a gaming fan someone who loves games and would buy every console to play the games they love and be able to buy what ever games they want xbox has beaten PlayStation 3 years straight with their game pass then they upgraded their game pass made it more fun changing it to ultimate game pass that pays you money getting free money that will buy you any hardware and games or renew your subscription for no cost playing first party games that PlayStation will never do hating any console doesn’t make you a gamer I own the Nintendo to play Zelda and Mario games and classic arcade games PlayStation may of been the most fun console back in the days when the PS2 was released cause all the games were going to them the most I tried my best to buy the same games I loved for xbox also cause xbox had better graphics then PS2 maybe you can say is the PlayStation had the best controllers always that’s it
Microsoft all access (the payment plan you mentioned) is zero interest and actually is cheaper than buying the console and paying for 24 months of gamepass
A big thick black box with Microsoft and Bethesda experiences and soon to come , UBISOFT + , so that will be another reason to own an Xbox Series X , it just keeps getting better.

Actually I would love to buy one of those, but paying the double of the original price, it's just ridiculous, and the worst part, U can't have direct microsoft support because some guy with lots of bots bought them all.

I bought a Series S and and loving this little box of delights. I get to play this gen, last gen and future gen games and plus all those cool Indie games and if wanted can be used as emulator too to play Sony, Sega, Nintendo games :) ...and then there's Gamepass and is also a great media box too. Games look amazing too at 1440p (that can be upscaled to 4K) with a smooth 60/120fps.
A great machine esp. at £249. I don't think I'll be getting the X as I previously wanted as the S has unexpectedly pleased my gaming and media needs more then I expected :)

I came from pc and been a pc player since the first battlefield and call of duty , switched first to series s because there was nowhere an x available . Was impressed by the power of the console but wasn’t enough for me and find a new series x but like 200 euros more than the normal price and damn once you get the series x you will be blown away . And this for someone who was always hardcore pc gamer and had decent rigs .

Ya I actually bought a series x at launch then sold it cause I landed ps5 and just recently sold the ps5 for a series x. I just like Xbox better.
I owned both consoles since launch I definitely play the seriss x more due to gamepass I tend to only use my ps5 when there is a exclsuive I want to play and I also have a pc with a rx 6800xt in it but I still prefer Consoles switch them on and gaming straight away with pc loads of different launchers, more performance issues espcially on new release games
I actually got away from PC gaming after I got tired of upgrading my GPU time and again for what seems like piles and than larger piles of money. I was able to get a Series X for $50 over retail off Craigslist with a receipt and that was last year. I was on the cusp of buying a 3080 and instead bought the Series X and put the rest of the funds towards a new LG C9 OLED 65”, I’ve already got a Denon x6700h and a wonderful 7.4.4 Dolby Atmos setup calibrated with REW, my MiniDSP HD and MSO. Needless to say I use my Series X daily while my PC serves as a streaming media server.

My first Xbox was the series x. Bought it last year on march. And, now I can safely say, I'm not going back to Sony, Microsoft gamepass strategy is amazing, and having a gaming PC, makes me not wanting to buy a PS5 now because of the recent PS5 exclusives going to PC.

Went into my local GameStop last week and they had One Series X in stock. I was debating on it or the PS5. I knew I couldn’t miss out on Starfield and Elder Scrolls VI so I bought the Series X.

I have both consoles series x and PS5. I bought the PS5 simply for exclusives as I have owned playstations right from go so I enjoy the TLOU and God of war etc as the list goes on. I play the series x way more than the PS5. Gamepass is the killer for me and the backwards compatibility is far better than playstation, Skate 3 could launch today as it looks and plays outstanding. It's Xbox over playstation for me this Gen.

I had to go back to make sure I heard you right. You said none of them could push out 8K gaming with any consistency. While I have a 75 in. 8K television, maybe the same one you have, most people only have a 4K at most. Even the store where I bought it recommended a 4K because there was no 8K content. I bought the 8K as a form of futureproofing, to be able to handle anything that might come out in the next ten years or so. The TV itself has 8K upscaling so even a native 1440 or 4K looks better. One thing you didn't mention is that the X Box memory expansion cards allow you to play games directly from it rather than having to load them to internal memory. They now have a 2TB card also.

You can still store SX/S games on an external drive and transfer them over when you are ready to play them.
I’ve had a series x and ps5 since launch and just bought a series s the other day for my guest room. One thing I appreciate about the eco system is that all saves are stored in the cloud and automatically sync. I do wish Ps5 had a similar thing with ps4.

@@caliginousmoira8565 I did only recently discover that if your playing ps4 games on ps5 you can technically do it on ps4 it’s just a few extra steps so not all bad.

I have both but prefer the XSX. The PS5 lacks certain features and optimised apps that the xbox has.
Now that Xbox owns Bethesda and Activision…. This is a no brainer. GAMEPASS is a game changer. Xbox is the best value in gaming imo.
I choose the Xbox series x because it offered more that fit me as a gamer, I luv gamepass, backwards compatible, I'm always playing catch up, and cloud gaming, I luv having that option of playing on my mobile devices as well. I admit there's some Sony titles I'm missing out on for now, but than again there's just so much to play on the Xbox I'm not really missing my Sony or ninentendo. But what fit for me doesn't necessary fit for others
I've had an awful experience with the Xbox series X, it was amazing having super fast loading times and amazing graphics but not only did I get a faulty disc tray so I couldn't play my disc games but it also uses all of my internet. This thing lags me to hell and back because I have a cheaper internet provider and the second I turn it on if anyone is doing anything else they lose WiFi and even when I'm the only one playing it still lags like crazy. :(
Xbox series X right now is the best console on the market, its the most powerful, its slick, has the best games and MS ecosystem is just superb

I got the X with that far cry bundle during that relatively recent GameStop restock in October. But after watching your videos on the S, I got a new S for $250. Both of your videos do an excellent job comparing the two, but they look hilariously obtuse when sitting next to each other. One is just a thiccc block of mass and the other one is tiny 😂
I have a built pc with 3080, ps5, XSX and switch. For some of the reasons like you, i ended up giving up my XSX it just sat there and collected dust as i could play all those titles on my pc. If I could only have one console it would be the ps5 for me. Xbox while it does have game pass, you dont need an xbox to use it and i just think that sony has better titles. I got bored of halo infinite very fast it just doesnt hit right as an OG halo player. I love my switch for at home tv, couch and travel....nintendo will always be dear to me. Now with that said i think that if you arent into sonys exclusives then sure xbox is a great option but realistically both get the same triple a titles so which a lot are crossplay now so it comes down to exclusives for me. Also while ps plus is not the same as game pass it does have some hellah nice games right off the bat when you get your ps5 I think like 20 or so sony exlusive games. Im fortunate enough to have my built pc cause if i didnt id have my ps5 ,xsx and switch as i have a genuine love for them all.

PC players that want to use a console controller really should look into other ones other than Microsofts offerings. Even the DualSense is superior in many ways, especially wireless input latency. The best option are controllers with a modular design so if you get stick drift you can just simply swap out sticks...
I have a fairly decent PC and I went with Xbox. Being able to play multiplayer games at high fps on my PC and single player AAA games on game pass on my 4K Oled on Xbox is amazing. I will pick up a ps5 probably in 12 months time when they have more AAA exclusives at the moment Xbox wins on value.

Just got the X two weeks ago and I was so so close to getting the S at half the price but im so glad I didnt because I would still be wanting the X. Well the system is beyond amazing. So quiet, so fast, runs cool. Coming from an OG XBOX ONE, it was like going up two generations. Im still in shock of how perfect it is. It honestly feels like a gaming computer in console form. If you didnt get it yet, you definitely made the right choice.
One thing about the hdmi cable/port be very careful mine ended up burning out but the best part was the 2 year warranty I have with the series X 😌💯
Iv had a series s and iv got series x now I honestly don't know how ppl can say you might as well get a series s ... its a nice console no doubt but when it's hooked up to anything over a 32 inch 4k display the difference from the x is night and day...

Xbox All Access does not charge interest. If you get a series X and plan on getting game pass for the next 2 years the. It’s actually $60 cheaper than buying series x outright and paying $15 a month for 2 years of gamepass
VRR isn’t about dynamic resolutions. The purpose of VRR is to make sure the game console frames being outputted to the TV sync up without creating visual artifacts like screen tearing. Before VRR TVs had fixed refresh rates and if a new frame wasn’t ready to be displayed then the old one is held on the screen for that time slice (stutter) or an incomplete frame is drawn into the screen (screen tearing).

I got the series s because I have a 1080p tv at the moment but if I had 4k or a previous Xbox console, I would've gotten the X. Series S is in fact my first Xbox because of game pass and that it performs very well.
