Dummy ice cream:
Freeze bananas
Put them in a blender or food processor
Blend till smooth
Done
* for chocolate ice cream add cocoa and condensed milk

Hello Laura, are you cooked the heavycream - h milk- cocoapowder mixture before you add the eggs and sugar?
I would love to see you do something with capers and olives and calamari (hot or cold, or something that can go from hot to leftover cold). It's summer, and we need some yummy picnic dishes!! And I still want you to do chickpea fries (you will not regret trying these -- seems like something you could find on the Boardwalk, but I found mine on the Portland, Oregon, food truck scene!).

I'm pretty sure you can make your own ice cream machine. We made a similar one in 6th grade and it took forever, but it was worth it!
Put your ice cream mixture in a small ziplock bag and close. Place the small bag into a bigger bag. Add ice cubes into the big bag and pour some salt on the ice cubes, not a small amount because the salt will make the ice become colder and it will make the ice melt faster too. Close, and shake. This will take some time, and energy, so I suggest you have some gloves on and a partner to help (you don't need another partner, they'll just take over if your arms get tired). You want to try to get the same consistency as shown in the video, then freeze and enjoy (or eat it right away like I'd do)! Hope this helped.

My sister made this icecream without adding any marrshmallows, nuts or choc chips. Our icecream maker i.e. from Geepas, even though was chilled fro 24 hrs, did not make the soft serve consistency icecream that Laura made. Rather, the mixture that came out was more liquidy than when it was first poured in. Nonetheless, after freezing for 12 hours the icecream came out creamy but was not at all hard. So the cons of this recipe that I believe are:
o Not a very hard scoopable icecream (or maybe its my icecream maker to blame)
o The taste was a little too bitter (but would be perfect for dark choc lovers, also maybe marshmallows were supposed to make it sweeter
