Ha, I know about the battery terminal cleaner. Hubby had one, showed me how to use it, which I did once!---Sure a lot of tech stuff this morning. That Buck Rogers gun is pricey if found in good condition!
The “charm bracelet charms” look more like wine charms to me. Normally, they would have a thin rain that could be slipped around the stem of a wine glass to identify your drink at a party.
The binoculars are definitely coin-in-the-slot ones from a theatre. They look exactly like the ones I have used in Sadlers Wells theatre - certainly as late as the 70s.
"Charm bracelet charms" may well be accurate but they look like the prizes that come in Christmas crackers (commonly sold in Canada & the U.K.) during yuletide.
In Austria those are melted down at New Years Eve, then poured into cold water. The form that comes out supposedly tells, how the next year will be... (until around 2000 lead was used).
The battery terminal brush is an exterior post cleaner; should have another brush with bayonet fitting enclosed for cleaning interior wire connections.
Those binoculars remind me of the ones in theatres when i was growing up. You had to put a coin in a slot, which flipped open the lock, and you could then use them to watch the show.
Some of your responses would benefit by a bit more elucidation. 🙂

I don't they're pewter either. Maybe silver. Pewter can have lead in it (not good around food) and is usually a dull color.
