I started a black metal project a while ago and had'nt thought about doing corpse paint for pictures and stuff but the vocalist really wants to do it. I got some paint from amazon that seems to work really well, it's a pack with two 70g or 2.46oz tubs of both white and black. It's called "blank in the dark" by a company called bobisuka, its really thick and has a nice coverage. I cant remeber exactly how much it was but somewhere around the £10 mark. it's what i have on in my profile pic
Started using corpse paint in High School, I’ve used the paints that you mentioned that need water to “activate” and whenever I started to sweat it’d smear all over my face. Don’t get me wrong I loved the aesthetic but when I converted to oil based products i could wear it all night long without it falling off! Thanks for the tips and rock on!! 🤘🏽
I have a friend who cringed when I showed him a video of yours. He was disgusted buy the look and assumed you were ugly. I'm just here to say your a fox, lol.. I'm now even more intrigued. Love the accent as well love... Indeed a total transformation...
Does anyone have any recommendations for those with extremely sensitive skin? I can't wear most makeup at all, but I'm dying to do corpsepaint (*T^T) Also, THANK YOU for showing each type on your face at once! Just from looking at it I know the Kryolan stick would sufficate my skin, but the other two might work!
Yea thats gonna be an aftercare thing like the person above me mentioned, sometimes not everything is for everyone off rip, and it may not be that what you're looking for exists just yet because of the lack of demand. But if you keep a skincare routine for a week or two and continue doing it you should be fine doing whatever you like with paints
I have a question about something you wouldn't have a problem with, I have a beard, do I have to shave to do it or is it safe to use the products on my facial hair?
You can! You can get color in your beard by brushing in the paint with a brow brush, you just want to cover up the surface and not really get that much paint IN the beard. Also the spray paint used for hair can help.
hello is the maybelline discontinued? i cant find it on their website or on my countries amazon and the only one i can find looks not as black on the pic
Thanks a lot for the helpful video. One question @borkkvlt, Instead of black, I use red around my eyes but could not find the jumbo pencil in red, what would you recommend instead? Cheers
pretty late replying to this but all make up causes acne in different degrees (it's only natural since your skin can't breathe), but if you keep a healthy skin care routine and see a dermatologist once in a while you'll be okay.
I Wana be a corpse paint ghoul for my new band cause they will let me use my alter ego as my stage name creepy mcpeepers so I want to be vulgar and blow snot boogers and make lewd gestures with my long bass neck

I would suggest, assuming you already have a great prep and after care routine, investing in a good primer for sensitive skin. ♡

Alll I did was outline the eye part first and then put on the white part then the eye at the end
Beautiful black metal girl🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

Do you use a primer at all? When i apply my paint to my cheekbones area, my pours suck in the paint and really stand out.

Do you use setting spray for corpse paint?
I like to keep it looking matt but you could totally use setting spray!

If my grandma saw that she'd have a heart attack (which means you've done a great job)
does using oil based paints cause acne? i have a naturally oily face cause im puerto rican, and im quite worried that my face'll get pimply :(
