If I want to use purple sweet potato powder (purple yam powder) instead of ube extract (I don’t have access to ube extract), how much powder should I use, to achieve the same color of the taro paste? Thanks!
Hi @mihaidimitriu7106, Thank you for your question. Since there are many external conditions, I recommend you to check the reality. Add 1 tablespoon of purple sweet potato powder, mix well, then add more until you get the purple colour you want 💜 💜💜 I will be grateful if you share the results with me. Good luck!🤞😄
